โ โ โ โ โ Bad service ever I meet clinic! Since already few time head down Wan to see doctor, because sick!
but everytime the staff like not friendly.. Morning time when down they said need wait 2pm come backโฆ
1:30 head down they said 6pm just can see doctor!!
Hello u guys really waste all patients timeโฆ.and I never see a lot patients are waiting there!

โ โ โ โ โ Doctor looks very unprofessional. Spent $27 consultation fee for just a 2 minutes session. Sheโs more like a pharmacist, telling you what Med sheโs going to give, and take care bye. Thatโs all.
Dinner break until 6pm but 6.30pm only they start to let patients in. The rest just wait outside for the whole hr.

โ โ โ โ โ Waited 4 hours for my turn just to find out, doctor needs time to finish report. Additional 45mins wait time. My son had to go to hospital for emergency treatment instead.
Bad clinic, not recommended.

โ โ โ โ โ Forever no slot for doctor consultation. Came here 4 to 5 times and every time no slot. And the number of patients waiting for their turn outside the clinic can use 1 hand to count. Where are the rest of the patients?

โ โ โ โ โ My family affected by AG+ and I called up to make appointment to see doctor. The nurse told me there is no more Q number available. Am I geating wrongly?! If today I almost die will the clinic still give the same reply??? Or it is because they are scare because I am AG+? I hope Ur clinic can look into all this. Disappointed to the max ?

โ โ โ โ โ My son , heโs 4 years old, continuously vomiting. my husband was carrying him with their shirt stain with vomit, desperately needed help at the counter.The counter lady told him to wait for few hours.. does he have to wait till my son faint or seizure for them to assist? Cant the counter lady ask the doctor if possible to quickly check on him? He was desperately needed help at the counter. My husband asked her, please.. my son was too weak, couldnโt eat or drink. Keeps vomiting and the lady at the counter did not care at all and told him to wait.. so suprised that they dont have any empathy at all.. So we left..

โ โ โ โ โ Usually no issues with this clinic. Especially my boy has been with them since he was 1 year old. However during these recent month, there was a bit of issues.
It occurred in 2nd week of May when I was informed by my boy's teachers that he was feeling feverish. Was asked sent him to a Doctor. So I literally carried him (a 15kg) and walked about 2 bus-stops from his childcare to the clinic under the scorching sun. Upon reaching, was informed that the queue number is fully given out for the day. IT IS NOT EVEN 16:00 IN THE FIRST PLACE!! And I have to take a feeder bus to the nearest clinic which is about 4 bus-stop away.
The 2nd occasion was 2 weeks later when I was my turn to fall sick. Called a few times before I pop by but no one pick up, so I decided to dropped by since it was only 08:30. Reached there and was informed that morning slots all full and asked to come back again at 13:30. There was a China lady coming in after me. They told her the same thing. She also find it ridiculous after I explained the situation as the staff spoke to her in English.

โ โ โ โ โ Refusing patients because they have "no more numbers to give" - to a toddler in my case who needs medical attention.
Called the clinic at 6pm on 16 Mar 2022, and after explaining to the receptionist that my son has AR symptoms although tested ART negative. I'm told that they have no more numbers to give. When I questioned why are they refusing patients? Their reply was that they are out of NUMBERS and therefore cannot see anymore patients. The patients that they are seeing now have already taken their queue number in advance in the afternoon.
This is very discouraging that people working at this clinic do not have the slightest interest in attending to patients. If this clinic accepts "by appointments" only by X hours of notice in advance - then this must specified clearly.
Unfortunate that such a good Dr at this clinic have such limited capacity and staff that acts like a manufacturing facility that ran out of capacity. So much for public care.
