Book an appointment for my 2 daughters and niece for circumcision and ear piercing. Was told to come at 8.30pm because doc will come in after 8pm. I was given 3 running numbers (904,905,906). Told me not to be late and not to cancel. Came early to register. 8.15pm. Guess what doctor came at 8.30pm. That's one thing. Saw me only 2 hours later 10.30pm Can you imagine, all the babies patients waiting for 1 hour plus to 2 hours waiting for their turn, and at NIGHT! Do you think kids dun get cranky? The clinic opening hours state 5.30pm to 10.30pm for the 2nd shift, but when i left at about 10.45pm they actually have about close to 8-10 more patients to see, and they only start seeing patient after 8.30pm. So not to sure what they're doing from 5.30 to 8 because hell, the waiting time and the patients traffic are crazy. Wouldnt recommend, unless like they said, if you have the whole time in the world, and you dont mind waiting. If I was real sick, that would be the last place I go to as well.

MOH request my mum for PCR test , she is feeling well but received a high risk sms from MOH and she tested positive on ART test. But clinic mention only accept patient who have sore throat , fever, coughing etc.. Reject patient!

Went to clinic to get an art swab as I was positive and required a clinic swab since I am an NSF. Clinic told me to come back at 930pm??

They have both good doctors with Dr Fong and Dr Elly. They treat their patients very well give good advice and better medicine than the polyclinic, off course you have to pay for the price well also. The only thing that I don’t agree is the booking system you need to go down personally to do the booking and as for me who stay in Sembawang I have to wait long enough to see a doctor. Why can’t they just book through the phone just like other clinics this part I really don’t understand unless I stay just a few blocks away from the clinic off course I don’t mind to come down to book. Hope they can be more flexible and have a better understanding for those who stay far.

Called up around 6plus to make appointment for my daughter to do a swab test as she is positive. They told me to wait for their ca as they only accept patient who is positive after 9.30. Called them again at 8pm to comfirm again. They told me to wait for the call. And yet i waited till now 10.15pm no one is calling. And called them but cant go through when to voice mail and guess what voice mail is full. Waste my time waiting for them to call me back. Should have gone to another clinic. Waited form 6plus to 10.15pm still no answer.

Avoid this clinic at all cost. The doctor decided himself that my baby should not go the $10 scheme so to get better medicine. After I told the reception that I did not say I opt out for the $10 scheme, they started being very rude and made me wait very long to dispense the medicines again. They literally changed the whole medication and gave a very very basic ones which took forever for my baby to recover. I've never experienced this from another clinic. For the $10 scheme in another clinic, I was given proper medication for my baby and was treated fairly.

Excellent service! Went to the clinic with my partner from oversea as he was having some acid reflux issue. Registration was smooth and waited about 30 minutes and we get to see Dr Fong. Had called up other clinic earlier and was being told that we will have to wait about 2 hours in queue upon registration. Dr Fong was very knowledgeable and took time to explain what causes the reflux and also ways to better manage it. Will definitely go back if there is a need to see a doctor. Hard to find a doctor who will explain in details nowadays. Usually will just give a prescription and show you the door. Highly recommend!

Negative experience. Long story short. Had came down with a cold and cough, did a ART there and was negative. Woke up next day with a sore throat and a positive ART. Call clinic and was told to stay home and I need not come down. After 8 days, I recovered from covid and I needed a recovery memo as I am going to travel oversea. Call clinic and was told to go down to the clinic for it. Came down to the clinic and after waiting for around 30min, Doctor asked for me and told me that he could not give me a recovery memo. Don't understand why they could not have told me over the time. Wasted my time. Good luck if u plan to go down to this clinic.
