โ โ โ โ โ Booked an appointment for my elderly grandmother for vaccination, we arrived 15mins before appointment time. The nurse went to the doctor's room to check and informed us that he went out and will not be coming back for clinic consultation (only able to do consultation via video call).
The nurse then advised to come back again in the evening.
Very unprofessional. By following this advise, it would also increase my grandmother's potential exposure to covid during this period.
Try visiting other clinics if you need to be examined by a doctor or get vaccinated. Advanced appointment using myCLNQ did not help in this case.

โ โ โ โ โ Time Misinformation on google page, anytime I visited as per timing they mentioned on clinic board or google page clinic was closed. HP number all the time not respond. worst experience

โ โ โ โ โ Bad experience. Supposed to open at 2pm on Friday. Went down at 2pm and waited till 2.45pm. Still closed. No one picked up the phone too. Saw a few people waiting but all gave up

โ โ โ โ โ I just visited this clinic this afternoon and itโs a new clinic which just opened one and a half week ago. I think we should let google remove and recreate this clinic address because apparently itโs a new one and inherited the past bad comments.

โ โ โ โ โ I booked an appointments for vaccine about 3 weeks before. In the end, they called me and told me that appointment was cancelled due to the governmentโs information.
I asked why too late to inform me. They were angry and said it was not her fault. So it was
my fault?! Do not go this clinic!!!

โ โ โ โ โ No one is answering the phone. I tried visiting but the clinic is closed. They did not even care to inform their patients about this prolonged closure especially to those like me who needs my maintenance medicine. At the very least they could have referred us to other clinics or even just put up a sign on their door! I tried contacting their medical group SilkRoutes Medihealth Pte Ltd but no one is answering too.
