are helpful and friendly. always come by vivocity and i will always stop by to try some scents. staff are really helpful and always keen in assisting.

β β β β β Staff is rude tone was not right and not the right way to talk to customers yes it's covid period there is certain restrictions yet explain with a good tone of voice dont be rude and instead of entertaining your bf onsite while working you should put that nice tone to your customers instead fairly dissapointed with the service

β β β β β I'm impressed with the selection of candles at this outlet. The staff are very knowledgeable on the products, friendly and approachable. Although I did not purchase a lot of jars, the staff were very nice in opening up the jars for me to have a free whiff of various smells. Woo hoo yay...
