Headed to love and bravery at tampines one just to exchange my pants which was purchased online and they don’t do one for one exchange
They only can return as store credit to my acc
But the store credit can only be use on online purchase
And the pants is already oos online I can only buy it again in store
Moreover when I purchase online I have to pay for shipping again and the staff told me to op for self collection I’m not staying nearby how do I self collect
