Dentist was very professional and skilled, was very willing to share teeth care tips. Nurse/receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. Location is great as well, very near Tampines MRT station!

I accompanied my wife for her first visit to Yeo Dental Surgery. It is for a tooth ache whenever she munched on her food. After examination, Dr Yeo simply advised her to continue her dental hygiene and have her food in small bites to avoid putting stress on the affected tooth. This he said can reduce the pain and hopefully prolong the life of it. We enquired if it would help if she can have dentures or a tooth implant done. He advised against it as due to her age and medical conditions, other complications may arise. By this we find him to be a doctor who will offer only what is really necessary treatment and not over treating so as to make a fast buck. In doing so, he is helping his patients keep their bills low. His charges are also low as seen in the display on the reception counter. I commend him for his straight and openness in dealing with my wife's problem and not recommend unnecessary treatment which might not be in her best interest, thus relieving her of possible complications and pain. Have always been going to this dental clinic for extraction. Very skilful dentist. Reasonable price. I had my wisdom teeth extracted- for me, swelling wasn’t obvious at all and the recovery’s been very smooth. Highly recommend.

Terrible service. Came here twice to remove my wisdom tooth, both appointments started 15 minutes later as they had another appointment with a previous patient which coincided with mine. Never mind i waited, when it was my turn they injected the numbing agent and while i was waiting for the numbing agent to take effect, they went ahead and did another patient. This patient took 30-40 minutes for his appointment while i was waiting outside. Never mind about that, but when it came to the actual operation, the doctor didn't even brace me and just started yanking my tooth out. It took about 40 minutes total while he was fumbling about and i was sprawling in pain the entire time. The receptionist came by my side and instead of asking how i was doing kept asking about my jaw surgery in the future and where i did my braces etc, totally irrelevant questions. After the operation, I felt so relieved as it was honestly a painful experience that I'm not familiar with. To my dismay, the receptionist didn't care when I said that it's very painful and instead offered me a mere 2 days MC for it. I told her this extraction was extremely painful and different from my other extractions, could i get an extension please. She told me no maximum 2 days MC and i would have to pay an additional consultation fee if i want extension. I find this level of service unacceptable and I regret coming to here.

I used to be a regular patient here until I had a filling done here that fell out within 2 months. I was abroad and had a more professional replacement done immediately. Today, the final straw that will ensure that I never return was the receptionist’s attitude when I enquired about pricing after service was delivered. I made it very clear that I was there to receive certification that I was dentally fit, and that a consultation fee was fine by me. There was nothing wrong with my teeth, and the dentist proceeded to perform scaling and polishing work that took all of 5 minutes. I was charged $95 over the usual $90 schedule of fees because my teeth was, according to the receptionist, “a little bit dirty” and then proceeded to compare it to how smokers would be charged over $200. She ignored me several times when I pressed on and after I called her out, she implied that I was a problematic customer. I have had it with terrible service elsewhere, but in the health sector this takes the cake. I’ve had excellent dentists whose prices I were more than willing to pay for with the service received, but this place will be unscrupulous, not upfront, and flat out ignore you while you are standing in front of them.

Their service is BAD! Had my braces done there. After removing it, I informed the dentist that there's a gap in between my teeth. He did not want to acknowledge it and still blame on saying that I did not look properly or check with an adult before removing. But you are a dentist for a reason. You should be the one judging if it is okay to remove. Overall, the dentist just blame the issue on the customer and not wanting to do anything to improve/correct it. Called them back to follow up, and still the same issue. Or not even giving any other alternative to correct/align them. Very BAD service, despite introducing my friends over to do braces as well. Trusted them so much, spent so much money on my braces, yet receive such a bad service. Hoping that they will do something, but instead just hang up the phone and ignore this problem.

Very skillful dentist tagged along with great customer service clinic assistant. Even provide free xray for 1st timer and detailed explanation.

Unprofessional, Poor service & lousy & old equipment. The water splashed on the face during the entire scaling session. Never had such a bad experience before. The scaling is very painful. Never expect to have this kind of bad experience and bad service for the dental services.
