The dentist give me a feeling of just trying to make as much money out of you as possible. Visited other Q&M branches and was taken care of more professionally and not like a “carrot”. Will never visit this branch again!!!

Had all my wisdom tooth removed. No pain only bleeding on one side that won't stop. The staff takes good care when booking appointment. Only had to wait once or twice because the earlier appointments overrun.

Spent 400++ to do two filling in one teeth but fell off within 1 month plus and the other is gonna falling soon ( don’t even chew on hard stuff!), completely waste of money on that!

Dr. Eng performed a wisdom tooth extraction surgery on me in short notice. I was briefed very throughly on the surgery and the process. She ensured that it was a painless surgery. She and her staff did a magnificent job on the surgery. Definitely the best experience I v had at a dental clinic. You will be in very good hands. Very highly recommended ??

I visited to take medicine due to infection in my teeth. I really surprised about this bill and it was so high and gave so many medicine for such simple issue. Because I had same issue previous and got medicine from another clinic for reasonable charge with proper medicine. I'm strongly not satisfied about unfair high charges of this clinic and will not visit again.

Dr Ng is speedy, professional and help to resolve all my issues within an hr. Sure it is not cheap but since she can relief me of my issues, why not. Did extraction, scaling, filling all at a go when I was just a walk in. (some dentists will ask to come back) so kudos to the team.

Today called and went for pre-departure test, Agnes & Dr. Chiew is very professional, fast and great service. So I manage to get back KL. TQVM & Stay safe everyone.

Anyhow do treatment without discussion. Went to extract wisdom tooth only but dentist start talking about needing to do scaling and polishing. Then after applying anaesthesia for wisdom tooth, she started doing scaling and polishing. Then told me she is going to apply fluoride... scaling plus fluoride plus using the prophyjet ( which I am not informed) cost sgd 210 excl gst. This is exorbitant. I was also prescribed 100sgd worth of pain killers????? Is this a black store/ 黑店？？it's only extraction not surgery, last time when I went to another clinic to do 4 tooth extraction for braces, I wasn't even prescribed so much worth of pain killer! I only got to see the receipt after I paid, no checking of the breakdown and I got a rude shock after I seen the receipt. Avoid this clinic. they behave like those massage or spa place which hard sells you or worse, never even discuss and start the treatment.
