l	leau cat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought in my Airpods in superb condition without scratches and when the lady came back after doing initial tests she left my Airpods on the table. She wanted me to check some info so she turned her laptop towards me and almost knocked my Airpods off the table luckily I actually kept my eye on it. And the Airpods was not in my silicone case because I was told to remove it. My Airpods came back with so much scratches I absolutely regret bringing it to this place because they didn't even fix the issue I had and set the checks all came back clear... I would rate this 0 starts if I could absolutely horrible service
R	Ryan Chan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid $135 for replacement of my right AirPods and medium size ear tips. Received email the next day to pay $135 again to repair my charging case. I called the hotline and they told me if I’m not willing to repair the case, they won’t be liable if they can’t pair my AirPods. I proceed to ask him to put the person in charge on the line and she said there wouldn’t be an issue. Ima say it here first, if I come down and collect my AirPods, and you guys try to pull something scummy like that I’m gonna create a scene.
d	danzees on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ had to book an appointment here because there were no apple outlets in the west...suggest to just go to the apple store straight. female staff at counter B was rude and unfriendly, provided contradictory information on service repair fees, and overall did not seem like she wanted to offer any help. couldnt even get a rough quote of how much a simple battery replacement would be for macbook and would have had to pay a compulsory in-depth diagnostic check fee of about $124 on top of that even if i was certain that i only wanted the battery replaced, nothing more nothing less. thought simple battery replacement would be a no brainer and fast process but turned out to be an unnecessarily complicated and expensive procedure here. going to the apple store directly would be much cheaper and way more efficient

Instead the staff went to check the laptop battery and asked me to change battery, when that was not my concern. Shortly after to only then told me that there's no technician to fix the keyboard and to come back on a weekday when the technicians are around. Came over the weekday and was informed that they can't fix the keyboard as its an older version and they don't have the keys for Macbook Air 2017 version. Was super dissatisfied and annoyed as this could have been cleared up on the first visit. The staff clearly don't know anything if they can't even check what stocks they have or what services they can provide. Overall inexperience service from the staffs.

Customer who requires Apple Support should make the effort to visit their original store and its worth the effort traveling!

Without making an appointment, I just walked into Westgate outlet to seek help. I want to commend the staff who served me - Miss Irene Phang. She is very detailed & patience in helping me to solve my issues. Kudos to her.
P	PengSeng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Low Technical Competency and Poor Customer Service Attitude Me: The bottom of my MacBook Pro is not flat, the centre is bulging. Apple replaced the battery and keyboard < 2 years ago because of a bulging battery. Should I be concerned? QCD Staff: We cannot tell if it is a battery bulge until we open the laptop. The charges are .... Me: I am not asking if it is battery bulge. I am asking if I should be concerned that the bottom of the laptop has now started to bulge, when it was flat for more than a year. Should I be concerned? QCD Staff. We cannot tell ..... You get the drift. I was finally referred to a manager who then answered my questions and gave me a qualitative sense of how my case compares to others. The way to manage them is to ask to speak to a more experienced staff because most of their counter staff are technically not competent. Their poor customer service attitude only compounds the problem.
E	Esther Lam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my phone in to repair the camera and ended up having scratches on my screen. Only noticed these scratches at a certain angle under bright light which were not obvious when I checked my phone and signed off the service report at the store. Note that they will remove your screen protector before repairing your phone. Called in to explain to them the issue and they asked to write an email to them with photos attached and they will compare against photos they took prior to the repair. Subsequently they replied that they have checked with the COUNTER staff and confirmed that I have signed off the service report. Stating the obvious? Didn’t even bother checking against any photos that they mentioned. Just wished that people don’t just simply go by the books sometimes and honour the mistakes they made. Would not understand how a repair technician can be this careless dealing with fragile items. Send in your apple products at your own risk. May just end up with more issues than you came in for.
