Who says there are no good eating spots in the west? Found this local food haven by chance after visiting the nearby CC. SEAFOOD PARADISE says the innocuous A4 paper pasted on the stall's frontage. But wow, it was my best local meal in years. We ordered mock shark's fin, wokfried bittergourd with garlic, egg omelette with onions and tofu. I am Cantonese and I know what good work he is. Every dish was cooked to perfection. For $34.50 our family had a satisfying dinner. We gaped at the fancier fare being delivered to other tables and promised ourselves we will try them next time. The coffee shop also has a Fairprice U economic rice stall that offers seniors discount. The noodle stall - gasp, mean looking laksa and mini pot backhoe mee - will be our next target.
