tasty soup, no MSG, no fishy taste at all! We tried the blue cod fish soup and batang fish soup. Fresh and firm fish slices..we enjoyed the food a lot. I finished the soup till the last drop.

I find the fish soup is full of taste and not able to find any MSG traces in the soup. It’s highly recommended for simple fish soup lovers.

Superb fish soup. Finished every bit of the flavorful soup. Extremely fresh slices of batang. Will be back to try the cod next time. It has that traditional warmth Teochew fish soup taste that makes you crave for more. One of the hawker food that I can eat for 3-4 Times a week.

Fish head soup with rice only 5 dollars, super value for money. The quality is very good, soup is tasty, without over salty or msg laden. I’m a big fan already.

Batang Fish Soup. Another new stall whose chef used to be the head chef of the famous Naked Finn near Gillman Barracks. And Naked Finn does serve a mean looking Prawn Mee Soup. That gives me high hopes for this simple Teochew dish and it does not disappoint.

Excellent fish soup and ngoh hiang! I had the batang fish soup set which consists of batang fish soup, rice and a ngoh hiang roll. At $8, I think it’s quite reasonable consider the quality of the food. Will definitely visit again!

After we discovered their pomfret set with ngoh hiang, we have eaten that so many times. So yummy. Yesterday, decided to try something different -- seafood soup with ngoh hiang added. Love the size of the 2 big prawns. The fish slices were fresh and tasty too. A few little clams as part of the seafood were average. But I'd so eat it again because of the prawns. Next round will go for the Blue Atlantic Cod fish soup. That is the 'killer' dish at $18/$20. Can't wait to try.

Nice, great for when you want your dinner to be light and healthy. I like stalls where they only offer a small selection on their menu, that means they can really focus on quality not quantity, just compare this stall to the one next to it on the right (which seems to offer everything under the sun ?)
