happened to pass by, and stepped in shopping around to get my mother & my mother in law each a gift. good selection of items. great theres a sale going on. but not great that the saleswomen was glancing at me up & down in my white collar office attire and sort of judging me some how. should i flip my luxury bag and wallet outwards for her to sense check if i have the spending power? not cool. will proceed to the ion outlet instead for better customer serv. will not step foot in this shop again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sent my bags for polishing. Guess what, nothing being done after three weeks. The salesperson (highlight this salesperson who at her forties maybe and on duty on 7 Jul 4pm) collected my bags mentioned she will give me a call when done. But after three weeks of waiting, I receive no call. I just return to the outlet to ask for my bags. She (same person) gave me that “can’t be bother look” when I checked with her on 7 Jul. And it was her colleague who found my bags and returned me. When I asked was whether the polishing was done (I noticed nothing being done), she couldn’t answer me. Honestly, I do not expect a big difference from it especially the polishing service is an additional free service to customer ( I checked with Jewel outlet, it is only a 5min job) but at least sincere right. Maybe this outlet staff should go for job re-training and learn from their colleague in the Jewel outlet who are always so welcoming and enthusiastic in their job.
