Extremely caring and patient and Aricia went the extra mile to call a pharmacy multiple times to ensure I get my rare prescription of drugs in a timely manner!

There is a very nice doctor in this clinic. I got fever, whole body ache, self ART test positive. Dr Aziz attended me, he is very patient professional and detail. During the PCR testing, I almost do not have uncomfortable even it is my first PCR test. It is great in this serious covid situation. Thank you, Dr Aziz.

Personally I don’t really feel secure to visit any clinic. After my friends recommendation on this clinic, I decided to visit regarding my medical health. The nurses there were all very welcoming and friendly and also ensuring a smooth process for their patients. I was attended by Dr aziz Nordin. Doctor was very patience, professional and detailed. He took great care on my medical conditions too. He is the most sincere doctor I’ve ever met.

Dr Ng is undoubtedly one of the most empathic, kind and professional doctors I have been blessed to meet. She is incredibly meticulous and patient during all her consultations, and I have never met another doctor as passionate as her. Thank you Dr Ng for looking for me as well as my family! Came here for my pre departure testing. Prompt, clear and friendly response from Aricia when I was making enquiries. At the clinic, doctor is friendly and patience in explaining. Very nice experience overall.

This is quite a ridiculous clinic. I arrived precisely at their opening hours on a week day, only to have the counter staff both look at me in chagrin like I had arrived at a butcher's shop to see a doctor. One of the receptionists demanded to know why I was there, and if I had an appointment. She immediately followed up by asking me what ailment I had, even though she was attending to another lady who had arrived before me. She then asked me to take a seat, which I had been intending to. Not one second later, her colleague right beside her asked me the exact same things in, and as I was repeating my answers, made an impatient noise and demanded that I go over to her. Again, she demanded to know if I had an appointment. I was surprised at how antagonistic both staff were being at this point, and asked if they were even a GP clinic, to which she confirmed that it was. She then told me that I would have to wait for an hour to see the doctor because people with appointments would be arriving. There was absolutely no one else inside or outside the clinic. I had an infected eyelid which would have taken 2 minutes to diagnose, and maybe 5 minutes to dispense the medication for, given that there was only me and one other person in the entire clinic. Absolutely ridiculous. So much for being a "family medical clinic".

Dr. Aziz is a professional and knowledgeable doctor. He is a very patient doctor who genuinely cares for his patients. He always takes his time to explain things to me in terms that I can understand. The clinical staffs are very detailed in explaining the medications to me. Definitely will recommend this clinic to those who are staying in the East.
