I would like to thank za for her service and her standards in the clinic, shes been so professional the whole entire time. Iβve been to the clinic a few times and iβve seen so many of the staffs so hardworking/professional, i think they deserve only but the best ! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK !!

β β β β β Went to this outlet for my travel PDT and service was quick and efficient. The one who did my registration, Za, was very friendly and helpful. Swabber was nice and professional too. Overall experience worth 5 stars.

β β β β β Highly inefficient front office staffs and too much attitude towards serving patients. I visited 18 July 22 with my daughter 9 year old for checking her throat ache. The waiting time was more than 1.5 hours (7.30 pm visited doctor at 9 pm and got medicines at and medicine delivering time was more than 35 (9.36) mins, and my consultation with doctor was just 4 mins. Avoid this outlet and follow with staff for your Medicines promptly else they will never serve you.

β β β β β Score is for PDT testing, not for medical consultation. Very short queue outside clinic, but registration was done professionally. Seating area large enough to allow safe distancing (although, allegedly, this is no longer required!). Another short wait for the swab, and the swabber was really good: friendly, professional and helpful. Results received in less than 12 hours, for a very reasonable price overall (when compared to other service providers).
