I	I am Ignored on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my 4 year old boy to the clinic after seeing good reviews and I was not disappointed. Doctor was very friendly. I forgot to ask her some questions and I went back to the clinic 2 hours later and they were actually on a break. But the doctor was very kind and helpful and spent some time to answer my questions patiently. Highly recommended!

It's difficult to even schedule a health checkup. This is the first time I've called this clinic. I've never visited the clinic before.

Tried to check with the assistant, she just brushed me off saying “we have patients until 9, so closed”. There’s hardly 5-6 people waiting inside and outside the clinic. Not a pleasant experience, perhaps should go to a more patient friendly clinic.

Before going to the clinic, I called twice to check whether it was busy, however, the receptionist did not pick up the calls. So I decided to go to the clinic as it indicates on Google that it closes at 9pm. I reached the clinic before 8:30pm and was told by the receptionist that registration was closed as there was a queue of 4-5 people. The notice on the glass door is that registration may close 15 min before closing, i.e. at 8:45pm. I arrived before 8:30pm and am disappointed that the receptionist and doctor did not honour the published timings. I gave my feedback to the receptionist, however, it was not well received.
