Trinity Medical & Aesthetic Clinic - #01-33

I reach at 12.33pm with empty clinic. Tried to check in via the QR code and the Malay lady ask me who am I. Feeling strange so I said I am the patient. And they laugh a little asked for my name. So I told them and they told me to that the registration is closed and ask me why I just walk in. Feeling perplex cos I was wanting to see a doctor obviously. This is my first time here and I didn’t know registration close so early. I thought she could have just let me know without giving an attitude like I budged into her personal home. The Chinese lady was nicer and I asked doesn’t the clinic close at 1pm? She reply that registration close 30mins before and it depends on crowd. But there’s no one in the clinic beside an aged couple sitting outside the clinic. Anyway I really felt unwelcome.

I had a very good experience when I did my pre-departure PCR test at the clinic. Dr Chong’s professional expertise, and his gracious words as he swabbed gently, made this essential test safe and comfortable for me. My negative test result was emailed promptly within the window of time. I also like the clinic’s pleasant location within Simei.

Called the clinic to enquire on swab test but the malay lady who picked up the phone had a very rude tone! I was so angry after the call as she was so inpatient in her advice. Her tone made me feel like I did something wrong. Definitely will not visit the clinic and will not recommend anyone to visit the clinic.

I reach at 12.25pm with empty clinic. Tried to check in via the QR code and saw the door was closed. Tried calling them and a lady at front desk came near the glass door and asks me who am I. I said I am the patient and here to look for doctor as I’m having severe stomach pain and diarrhoea. Rather than hearing me out properly she just shouted that registration is closed. I got a feeling she could have just let me know without giving an attitude like I budged into her personal home. When I asked the clinic timings on the card says open till 1pm she reply that registration close 30mins before and it depends on crowd. But there’s no one in the clinic. Anyway I really felt unwelcome and will inform my friends and relatives about this worst experience. The doctor is nicest person in that clinic as I’ve seen him before but the staff behaviour needs serious improvement.

The clinic opens at 8.30am but doctor still hasn't reached by 9.10. No communication from the staff who reached at 8.30 about doctor's arrival time at all. Simply told me to check in and I was left hanging there for 40 mins. Won't visit again.

Dr Chong is a very professional, reliable n caring doctor. His staff r friendly n attentive. Other than general GP consultations n procedures (which incl even acupuncture), Dr Chong is also a certified aesthetic specialist providing skin treatments like laser for pigmentation, botox , fillers n microdermabrasion, etc at reasonable charges. It's a hidden gem 1 stop for GP n aesthetic within a HBD neighborhood. It's been our family clinic for a long while n v all trust them well. Quite crowded during rush hours n better registered for queue no. n procedure appointment via phone call in advance, despite they open till late evening.

Queue for more than 1 hour. I was no. 5 but 4 already finish 30mins ago and they asked 2 other patients to cut queue. I also arrived earlier than them, whatsbthe use of queue no. and the staffs have no explanation. The service and staff is very disappointing and very bad.

Worst ever experience I have with this clinic. I went on Friday for my skin problem but seems the doctor isn't suitable for dermatology. He just gave me an antifungal cream and a vaseline and said it may take 3 months to cure.He hardly gave 4mins to me.Later on this morning I visited a skin specialist at another clinic at orchard and she listened to my words firsr and gave me few medicines for it and clearly mentioned that in my case the antifungal cream is of no use.
