Bad service. At 12.55pm, received a message via whatsapp from NSMG to come one hour earlier for a pre-booked appointment. Replied them promptly that I can only come half an hour earlier at best. No respond even after I sent repeated reminders to confirm the appointment. Received confirmation only 23 minutes prior to the appointment to come half an hour earlier (Is this a joke?). Of course I couldn't make it as I was still at work - work place far away from clinic. No apology whatsoever from them just argued via whatsapp that they did try to call me a day before but I did not answer the call. Will never visit this clinic.

Extremely bad service from the counter staffs! Went twice to clinic and was at clinic by 10.15 am and was told registration is closed. Didn’t bother to answer telephone calls. Told me off saying registration closed and come in afternoon. Too busy and looked away. If you want come again after 2 pm for afternoon session. We cannot answer calls. Very disgusted by their service especially during this covid 10 and omicron wave period. Unlikely to visit them as they need to educate their staff. Very bad service!

Taken my 5yr son and myself for a few times in year 2021 and 2022 to the Northeast Medical Clinic (inside Simei MRT station). Recently is to do many ART tests and check for Covid. Services is terrific there overall with Doctors and Nurses. Nurses are very friendly, good with young kids, especially Nurse Sharmaine, she gave excellent friendly service, and Sharmaine looked after my boy well especially doing swab tests, and talked nicely with him. My son is alright with swab test, especially when Sharmaine does swab on him, as she is more gentle with the kids. Thank You to nusrses and doctors there. From: Daddy Steven 28-Feb-22.

We had the pleasure of being helped by Sara and Charmaine at the Simei Northeast Medical Group. Sara answered all our questions promptly and helpfully on Whatsapp prior to our appointment and then when we got there, both she and Charmaine were incredibly courteous and helpful. If I could give them six stars, then I definitely would!

Went there last few weeks ago for 3 consecutive days in different timings and same answers that i got that registration was already close. Well in fact I was told by their male staff to come back around 2pm for the next registration until 6pm and after which they will be close again and will resume back for another round of registration at 8pm. I reached the clinic at around 8:10pm and to my surprise the female staff that was wearing a specs told me that the registration was already close. I told her that I was been told, 2 days ago about the timing for the registration and yet she was telling me that it is already close even though it’s only 8:10pm. I told her my dismay about giving me the wrong informations by the male staff and yet She started telling me that don’t debate with her and spoke as if like she’s the owner of the clinic! You are asking to respect your staff yet your staff are rude with the patients patronising your clinic?? Is that the way you should treat patients? I’ve been patronising that clinic for many years because of Doctor Goh and because of your Filipino staff named Sharmaine and your senior Malay female staff. Yet this newbie ruined the way how I looked at it. Would you mind educating your new staff to be more friendly with your patients. And by the way she still have the cheek to tell me “can’t you see we are so busy?!” when I told her that no one is answering the calls. Then why in the first place installing a business landline if your staff have that kind of mentality? And she still not contented, still told me not to debate with her when she say there’s no doctor after 9pm. In your website your operating hours is at 10pm, you have the responsibility to change and update it. Come on, we appreciate frontliners and appreciate them yet don’t go overboard talking rudely to your patients!!!!

Slow service but we appreciate that there was a doctor available on a Sunday evening. Visited the clinic 7:30pm on 23 Jan 2022. According to my husband who was sick, the doctor is locum but very thorough. Doctor was a relatively young Indian chap with tattoos on his arms. Dropped the number of stars as we waited 1.5 hours for 9 people who were ahead of us. There were not enough chairs for waiting area so we had to sit on the floor.

Very poor service. I visited the clinic with Covid symptoms and asked me to wait outside without a chair. There were 7 people ahead of me. After a long wait of more than a hour by standing I could meet the doctor. Now it's been an hour here I am waiting for my ART test. When I ask the staff is saying her colleague is preparing. First of all, understand everyone is sick here. But is it a genuine time 2 hrs plus to see a doctor and get ART done? I don't see a lot of crowd here too. Hardly 7 to 8 people around. I m seeing similar comments in the reviews section but no action taken. All the same. Very difficult for a sick person to wait indefinitely. So it is more than 2 hours here now I am still waiting.......

The clinic is easily accessible, right out the Simei MRT gantry. The staff is friendly and I am coming here since 3 of 4 years. I learned that they also have comprehensive still affordable health screening plans. I will try it.
