WOK HEY White Sands, Pasir Ris

I ordered a prawn fried rice but parts of the rice were cold. I gave my feedback on their Instagram page and they immediately offered a $10 grabfood voucher as a token of apology. Their customer service recovery was quick and the feedback process was easy. Good job Wok Hey!

Order all 08 packets for my family members and even tried most of their different flavours. Ya specially their Shanghai style fried rice with the “wok hey” smell is simply fantastic ! Long Q during this circuit breaker period but Guess is worth the wait ? price is on high side that cost 7.80$ for a Shanghai style fried rice

Today I had a problem ordering my fried rice with stupid FOOD PANDA. Their customer service sucks ..Probably was a glitch on their website that change my delivery to pick-up !! and till now they have not kept their promise to call me back and its been 3 and half hours already..by the time they call me to solve the issue , the prawns in my fried rice will come alive and starts dancing! In the end I have to rely on myself instead of waiting for FOOD PANDA to call me and I'm glad I didn't because I know it will never happen. I manage to google Wok Hey and messaging them on Facebook and I got a fast, efficient and helpful response from Wok Hey . Wok hey listens to me and try to help me as best as they could and offered to make a new order for me so to make sure that my food is fresh but because I don't like to waste food and I told them that I will take my order there's no need to make a new order for me..my main worry is, food wastage. When I reach their restaurant the staff there was very nice to me and even insisted in reheating my food for me..so I let them do it..Thank you Wok Hey for your kind understanding and great customer service. Unlike that stupid food panda giving stupid template answers , not listening to their customer and worse telling lies. Once bitten twice shy.. In future I will be using Deliveroo instead when I want to order my fried rice from Wok Hey. . Thank you once again all staffs from Wok Hey I sincerely appreciate your kindness. ❤️❤️

The food is awesome! They're also generous with their meat. I love it. What's more is that they have the calorie counter online. Perfect to see if it fits my macros. Only downside is the waiting time. Well, what do you expect from something that's popular. If it's good, you gotta wait.

Super slow. Long waiting time for my order (two udon). Took 40mins for my order to be ready. In addition poor customer service, service crew “threw” order on the counter when i collected my order. One of the other customers order nearly got toppled over from its box due the “tossing and throwing” from one counter to another.

visited wokhey during a non peak time but despite that my order was given wrongly. ordered a chicken egg fried rice, prawn ramen, each with a additional mushroom add on, but one was given as broccoli? not sure how mushroom can be heard as broccoli. was also asked if i would like chilli which i clearly said yes, at the side would do. BUT NO CHILLI GIVEN. disappointed and would not go back to that outlet.

Ordered the udon this evening. Not sure if this is the right portion. Only half of the box is filled? This is not the first time that I was given such a small portion. Quite disappointing for a heavily pregnant women who can’t have her meal satisfied :(

My first try of Wok Hey because of the "hype" and looong queues spotted. As someone who values food for its price, this food chain doesn't meet my preferences since its overpriced for the amount of food in one box. The food itself is nice, beef is soft and chewy, Japanese rice goes well with the aroma, but still not worth the $7-8 for this portion. Try once only
