One of the worst doc I’ve ever seen. Had a very bad diarrhoea and i didnt know it was due to covid. Doctor gave me 1 day mc but I asked for 2 days as I didn’t feel well. True enough I was covid positive the next day. The doctor insisted that 1 day mc was good enough, not sure what he was implying but he was rude as well. Kindly hire more doctors with empathy instead of doctors who loves to talk their patients down. Do not ever visit

Suspect I have tonsillitis since I have been feeling discomfort on the left side of my throat since 2 days ago. I decided to see a doctor today as it has become a bit more serious since it hurts when i swallow. Went to Minmed, and during consultation the doctor asked the regular questions regarding to covid symptoms, which I told him I have no sore throat, running nose, and cough. He checked my throat and told me it's cellulitis, but went ahead gave me 3 days stay home notice. When I raised my doubts, he was quite rude and told me now tested negative doesn't mean few days later it won't be positive (???) So I thought maybe they are being cautious here. But when the receptionist passed me the medicine, I realized that large portion of the medicines they gave are for running nose and cough despite that I've told him I have no running nose and cough at all. When I asked their receptionists again, they told me doctor gave it to me "in case". I felt really dubious about it so I went to have a second opinion immediately at another clinic nearby. After checking by the second doctor, he told me covid doesn't cause tonsillitis and passed me some antibiotics and medicines for inflammation instead, completely different medicine. Just wonder what the doctor at minmed is doing, or does he just pass the medicine for running nose and cough to anyone who went to the clinic?

Arrived at 7pm, queue number was 126. Was given queue number 129. Waited for an hour to see the doc. Run by a bunch of young fresh grad-like team of 6. Felt really uncomfortable that the girl at the counter read out my personal particulars so loudly to confirm my details - my name and contact number. It felt like my data privacy would not be very secure since anyone at the clinic could hear it.

The staff that sat just infront of the entrance today 17.01.2022 need to be trained. No customer service Oriented skill at all. Speak very rudely. Communication is terrible. When I ask a question not sure she is busy with what, doesn't have eye contact at all. as if we visit the clinic for free. I wonder how she manage to part of the healthcare. Young but rude. I PS. With that impression of the staff at the end I did not even want to see the doctor when I was made to come back at 2pm. No explanation at all just mention " YOU COME BACK AT 2PM" with rudeness. I reach at 1215hrs and understand that the clinic is busy. But seriously you staff need to be trained on how to talk to the visitor/ patients.

Updated: the management finally responded with an apology on behalf of the doctor. Also agree to refund the co-pay. Satisfied with the management in dealing with the complaint. The clinic used to be ok, but the quality drops off rapidly. The management doesn't seem caring about the quality though. I had a fever and went to the clinic. My temperature was 37.7 (ear) and the doctor said it was normal. The doctor prescribed 4 medications, 2 of which treated running nose, though I didn't have and have never developed the symptom. Ah, and yes, no fever relief medication. 37.7 degree is anyway normal. The issue was raised with the management of the Minmed Clinic on 13 Apr. An auto-reply email says a response will be made within 5 working days. It is now 2 May and nothing comes.

My first time coming here with daughter. It was a terrible experience. Our number was overtaken not once but by 4 numbers! Staff gave false promise that our number would be up next after we highlighted. But still we got overtaken again. And after seeing doctor, were told to wait for our test and medicine. The wait was super long and we ended up being the last one to be served. All other patients after us already gone. Such ridiculous service!

Deeply disappointed with this clinic that I have been visiting last 20 years. It used to have great doc like Doc Lynette whom I can consult and trust. But when I went back to this clinic On Sunday with a locum doc which I went in and can out less than 3mins. He only look at my records and confirm I have no allergy and check my lungs. I didn’t even have a chance to talk to him as was sent out for ART test. And that’s it. How can patient be charged with consultation fees?? I can tell he is trying to clear the q. I wouldn’t think I will ever go back again if this is the kind of doc who couldn’t be bother about patient. Sad after >20 years.

Slow service. People come to clinic because their sick. Least a bench outside of clinic would help. We have to stand and wait there for 2 hours or may be more. If you already know your daily number of patients, why can’t you put one extra doctor instead of one. You have few assistants which you don’t need. Standing and talking outside. The whole point, look at the priority. Hope you work on this
