S	Sarish Mohar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really really terrible experience . Only here because my family swears by Dr Lily. But the running of this place is horrible. Called in advance to put my name in the queue and was told I’m number 25 and to come around 3.30-4.00 . Dr Lily cancelled last minute but no one bothered to call me to inform. When I arrived at 3.10 I was shocked to find my name wasn’t even put in the queue and no one has contacted me prior. Had to cancel my work to make the trip down and then last minute find out the doctor isn’t in + my name wasn’t put into the queue. Why anyone would visit this clinic is a mystery to me? So many clinics in the neighbourhood - patients and customers don’t have to this unprofessional behaviour At least 2-3 times something like this has happened . No apology and just terrible attitude

Trash doctor who doesnt have basic respect & empathy towards patients. You dont even deserve 1 star. FREAKING RUDE, ARROGANT & UNPROFESSIONAL. Horrible & Disgusting! Dont waste your money here.
R	Ricky Loo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After my booster jab, I was down with fever and soreness near jab site. But what wasn’t typical from the vaccination was that I had sore throat. Told all this to Dr Lily Aw and she seemed to brush it off as me just wanting to get MC to skip work. She herself mentioned that it was near impossible to get a sore throat from the jab, and yet she didn’t even look at my throat or do any ART for me. She refused to issue me an MC even when I told her it would be impossible for me to do my job (labour-intensive) with my sore arm. Medication given was only paracetamol for my fever and nothing for my sore throat.
S	SeriouSyrius on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was tested positive at home. Decide to call the clinic if they take in covid patients and they say yes. Dr Boey saw me and I felt he was very professional. He thank me for calling first to make precautions, explaining that many patients don't inform first before heading over and only inform they tested positive near the end of the consultation. By the time the virus is already all over the room. I was shocked by the reviews and thought there might be some misunderstandings. He advised me to not talk unless questions were asked to reduce the transmission of the virus. I was then told to rest well at home and protect my family from the virus and I did a supervised swab at the 24 hour clinic just few shops down the block.
E	Edelle Grace on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both Dr Lily Aw and Dr Boey have attended to me and my family for years (since 2012). They are professional and helpful doctors. I’m not sure why there are so many harsh reviews about them. The clinic staff are also efficient. Let’s be respectful and understanding of our healthcare workers.
