Found Rainbow Paradise through Google. They were fantastic in arranging a dignified send-off for my hamster. Rainbow Paradise was efficient, respectful and sent timely updates throughout the whole process. Thank you for laying my hamster to rest so beautifully.

I contacted Rainbow Paradise after seeing them recommended on the bunny FB group when my bunny, Cuddles, died unexpectedly. They were extremely kind and patient, waiting about 45 mins upon arriving at the vet while we spoke to the vet and grieved for a little longer before collecting his body. On the day of cremation, we were able to bring his favorite blanket, a few toys, food and treats to be cremated. They also had a wide variety of urns, including cute looking ones that were less obvious. Would highly recommend them for pet cremation services.

Rainbow Paradise provided a smooth and excellent service for my late dog, Mako. They were easily contactable even in the early morning to arrange for the pickup of my dog from my home, and they arrived very punctually. They were kind and considerate and showed great respect for my dog and sensitivity towards my grief. They even took care to update me when my dog arrived safely at Rainbow Paradise. The entire process was incredibly simple and easy so that I could focus on the grieving. They were sensitive and provided a dignified send off for my dog in a private room. The urn they provided was also beautiful, and they were very responsive to our questions and did their best to accommodate all our wishes for our darling Mako’s send off and cremation. Rainbow Paradise was really quick in responding and sending someone over to pick my little angel up in a very short notice (within 1-2 hours to be exact). The lady, Angie, who came to pick my pet up was compassionate and gentle with the whole process. She even gave us a heartwarming card to console us. The slots were full for cremation the following day so we had to do the funeral the day after. Our furry angel still looked the same even though it had been 2 days after she had passed on. Her ears were still soft.. body still so clean.. They kept her so well and comfortable. When we were there for the funeral, the atmosphere felt so peaceful. They played soft, nature music that made me imagine where my pet would be - in the green pastures. The staff were very respectful with the handling of the body before cremation and ashes after. I would never wish for your pet's time to ever come, but if it does, Rainbow Paradise is the place for you and your family to send your beloved pet over the rainbow in the best way ever.
