It was my first time getting my prescription glasses here and I had a really pleasant experience! I was also served by Lena, who was really attentive and helpful in guiding me to put on contact lenses for the first time so I was able to get the hang of it quick. Overall a really great experience! Would revisit for their services.

Went with my wife on 22/6 to make specs for her. As usual, Mr Cheong is very meticulous and patient in tending to her needs and concerns. He takes time to explain the various types of lenses and the best fit for her. He is also very knowledgeable and manages to solve her problem with her previous specs which keeps slipping down. It is very kind of him to do complimentary eye check for me too and advise me on food/nutrition for good eye care. We are very happy with the new specs he prescribed. Highly recommended!

Ms Lena is very helpful and patience teaching me on how to wear contact lenses. I was amazed on how fast and easy it is to wear it after following her step by step. I was attended by Mr Cheong as well. Bought RayBan sunglasses and a new pair of spectacles. Very good service, very professional and very friendly. I will recommend my family and friends to buy from his shop. Rest assured they will be satisfied customer as I am.

Found this optical shop on in Google. Wow! Perfect score! I wished that for my eyesight! I meant to go there to replace a spectacle frame and was attended by Nurul. She was very patient, offered some very good advice and adjusted my other glasses. She offered to test my eyesight and found that the lenses of the old frame as well as a pair of reading glasses were off. No wonder I have not been very focused! I walked out with a pair of Charmant with Zeiss progressive with transition lenses and a pair of reading glasses. It was not my intention to get new glasses but I was convinced by the eyesight test and the excellent service from Nurul. No hard selling at all! Now I can see clearly and now with the progressive l need not change glasses. Friendly people in the shop that will acknowledge your presence. I give 6 stars if I was given a bottle of water. But maybe due to Covid they have to stop that. Afterthought...I guess I somewhat overrated them. The subsequent visits were not as thorough as the first.

I collected my Oakley glasses after a 1 month wait. Special thanks to Mr. Cheong for his honesty and attentiveness. He spotted a defect in the lens and highlighted it to me. So I waited for a new one to arrive. Worth the wait.
