Medics were very helpful and skillful when attending to my grandmother, making sure she's comfortable at all times. Arrive on time and earlier too. Really appreciate their teamwork and efforts. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had just chanced upon Red Lion Emergency Ambulance while sourcing for an ambulance service to ferry a patient to attend his daughter's wedding.
Erin was very patient with my enquiry and the advice provided by her was very helpful and valuable. She was also very accommodating to my requests and changes.
On the actual day, Sean and Eugene were the driver cum Nurse and Paramedic assigned. Although they are young but both of them are very professional and with their present the family members felt so relieved and at ease.
Really a thumb up for the service provided by Red Lion Emergency Ambulance and Medical Services Pte Ltd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erin and Alan r very professional and sincere. They help move my Sis from hospital to home. They r very patient. Not only managing my critically ill sister comfortably inside ambulance and at home, but patiently teaching us how to use the oxygen machine. Also advises us on the equipment (portable oxidometer). At times when our family r highly stressed and anxious, we really appreciate their patience and professionalism in helping my sis and advising us the caregivers. Thank you very much, Erin and Alan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to thank SN Erin & Alan for their compassionate, very caring, professional & superb service, helping to bring my elderly Mum to the hospital. Both of them were able to make my Mum comfortable and at ease.
SN Erin was meticulous in asking if Mum had any drug allergies. She noted them down and upon arrival at A&E, she entered the details in the form provided.

The 4 medical personnel who handed both ambulance trips were professional as well. I would definitely recommend Red Lion Ambulance. Thank you.
