β β β β β Value for money! Very delicious and the free flow drinks bar is absolutely awesome! Wish they could add more squid in the squid ink pasta and broccoli in the aglio olio. The MILO was very good, but the machine is sometimes spoiled. Overall, would highly recommend the food and I wish to visit it again.

β β β β β Microwaved food, but still tastes decent, especially if you are on a tight budget.
This place was extremely crowded when we came, and seems like there's a shortage of staffs.
The staffs were not really polite.
My usual to-go is Milano Dorio, which is a kind of creamy rice with Bolognese at the top.
Mainly a Italian food restaurant. They even have escargots here, which is a rare find in Singapore.
The truffle mushroom pasta I had over here was very bad. There's too much water in it, too diluted. I could taste the truffle taste, but it wasn't the creamy/aglio olio kinda pasta I was expecting.
Disappointed with this dish. Even the Milano dorio which I ordered had some quality issues - it wasn't like that when I ordered it the last time at other outlets.
Perhaps it's an outlet problem.

β β β β β The taste isnβt supposed to be so bad but I think the chef really no heart to cook because itβs really hard to make processed food taste awful.
The wedges were undercooked. Mind you, itβs processed food, just fry it, itβs not hard. The egg was over cooked. It had a film of hardness over it. Donβt ask me how it managed to be like that.
The spinach in the cheesy cream penne pasta was already crispy and some bits burnt. Also very little spinach. The roasted chicken on top I thought they were bacon bits from a shaker. It was that strange.
The price is inexpensive for this type of food. Total was less than $12 but the quality is also lacking.
Easy to order the food on the app and service was ok Lah but nothing fantastic.

β β β β β Comfort food, though service was basically non existent that day ? We had to enter and seat ourselves, also had a hard time getting a server to take our orders. Hope they will hire more staff soonβ¦
Oh and skip the seafood marinara pasta. That was really weird - they gave super little tomato sauce and all the seafood except the clams were overcooked. Iβd stick to the original menu food items.

β β β β β Decent quality, comfort Japanese-Western food at really cheap prices. There arenβt many places in Singapore where one can get a Gratin for under $5. Saizeriya doesnβt profess to be anything more than it makes itself out to be. Select from a variety of pizzas, lasagnes, gratins, baked rice as well as pastas from the expansive menu. Even though the food is (probably) fresh out of the microwave, the store represents value for its patrons, with other offerings making it great for the family as well with a kidβs menu, a free-flow drink bar, as well as a lunch menu and dessert options.

β β β β β Overall this is a budget food place with reasonable quality, however we did have our share of disappointments. Their pizza and cheese sausage was good but their four cheese ravioli came out burned and dry which was disappointing. We have been to their outlet in Holland Village which was really well managed - just feel this outlet is not well staffed and the kitchen team needs to be reviewed!

β β β β β I will consider the food good even though they are mostly microwaved. This is compared to the prices they charge. The menu also has a large variety of Italian and western food. The drink menu is very limited though. The service was rather good with the guy who served us. I always have my escargots here. The pastas are quite alright. Lastly, the layout is spacious.
