β β β β β Booked my service appointment online and it was very smooth. Received 2 reminders on my appointment and that was thoughtful. The service consultant was Mr Thomas Tan and he was very polite and helpful. He explained what was was needed to be done and the cost involved. The estimated timing given to collect the car was accurate. Overall I had a good experience!

β β β β β Finally owned Volvo which was my dream brand since teenage due to their technology, safety and comfort. Met Alwis Yeo hp 94508810 for the first time when I visited the showroom. He is one of the most professional car sales I have ever met. He is knowledgeable and very passionate in his job. Professional sales person but yet not pushy made me and my family feel welcoming and comfortable. He updated me with all the progress and all the details makes me very anxious of my new car. I highly recommend Alwis Yeo if your are going into Volvo showroom.

β β β β β It has always been easy to arrange my regular service, before sending my car to the workshop, I normally consulted my concern with Thomas. He would arrange everything well before my turn and gave me practical and efficient suggestion that make the overall car-problem is such an easy feat!

His service standard is excellent, very professional; he is also strong in his technical knowledge, able to explain any technical issues in laymanβs terms :). Not to mention heβs friendly and well-mannered. Heβs definitely an asset to Volvo as service is crucial for repeat business and customer loyalty.

β β β β β To begin with, my experience with Volvo Service Center wasnβt great until I met Thomasβ¦
Great service provided by Thomas from Volvo Service Center. I am thankful to meet Thomas as he is passion at helping his client and know his product well.
I had 2 encounters with my car not too long ago.. I was stranded as I canβt start my car engine. Called the hotline, no one pick upβ¦ finally Thomas came to help.. he assist you arrange the tow truck and advice that I drive down to the service center so that he can get the technician to check on the battery.. I am thankful and took his advice.. got my battery changed. Happy!
The second encounter happened shortly after when I noticed that the car hood miss alignment and is not closing properly. Thomas was able to identify the issue quickly when I sent in my vehicle. Another awesome experience!

β β β β β I feel peace of mind to send my car to agent for routine servicing and also to solve encountered problems. I have confidence in their maintenance staff capability and workmanship. Service consultants (Thomas and others that I have met) are knowledgeable and courteous. Counter staff are friendly and polite too. It will be excellent if the maintenance cost are comparable with other popular agentβs Service Center.

β β β β β I have driven my two Volvo for past 12 years. I have been sticking my service routines with Volvo Service Centre, especially delightful to be served by Doy Chan and his team.
Each time I visited, I received professional and friendly services. The handing over protocols are very assuring. The cozy waiting areas are conducive for me to carry out some work while waiting. The recommended repairs were assessed / recommended based on safety and necessity. The subsequent service works were always explained clearly and the downtime were within the committed time frame.
Last visit was just last week. Same superb experience and always happy to have Doy to meet personally to catch up on my Volvo driving experience. As always, Doy and team shared some good tips with me on how to upkeep my Volvo.
