They dont even deserve a star. Doctor is ill mannered . No regards to others feelings so as the staff rude. The dr balqis ill mannered.

Well.. just called in to enquire about making appointment for my daughter... the staff that answered my call is just RUDE! it's like she is so ready to put down my call even before I could ask her any question! to be exact, MY FIRST QUESTION... My experience with Dr Balkis is lovely but the lady who answered my call is just absolutely AWFULLY ARROGANT. If it's not because of Dr Balkis, I'd have given them ZERO star. Anyways, if you're thinking to do a baby appointment, both piercing and circumcision at the same time, to call 1 day before.

I called up the clinic to enquire about my 4 mth old baby girl Circumcision & the staff who answered the call speaks in a RUDE tone. Maybe the staff who answered the phone call should go for Customer service course. And it doesn't end there. Yesterday i brought my 4 mth old baby girl to the clinic & the Doctor who attend to us speaks in a Naggy tone. Or is normal for Doctor to speak to the patient in a Naggy & Whiny tone ??

First visit didn't live up to expectations and had a terrible experience at this clinic I was treated very rudely by the doctor. Not recommend at all. .Horrible!!

Bad experience. Rude staff! Non professional doctor at all! No proper follow up. Listened to aunties who recommended this place. worst decision. This old menopause Doctor behaved like a typical rather than a professional doctor. Didn't explain what brand she gave for pneumococcal vaccine and just injected. It was a booster. Ended up being Pfizer which my baby is now facing serious ellergy reaction. Taking advantage of the situation where a mom is struggling with the kid and didn't care to explain anything. There are alot of moms out there with too much on their plate. And these people taking advantage of the tired and overwhelmed moms and selling their products as much as they want without proper explanation or consultation is pure evil. Also Using a Muslim image to lure Muslim patients there and behaving like an id*** and the staffs being rude at front desk is embarrassing to me as a Muslim myself.

Called the clinic and they don't even have the courtesy to answer us nicely, they brushed us off to go to another clinic. Very bad customer service, they even scolded the customer for not knowing the flow of the clinic. Example; cash only cannot be paid by cards. While some new customers don't know that, they make a big fuss out of it. Not recommended at all!

Bad experience. Have made advance booking for my daughter ear piercing..took half day leave paid almost $50 for my transport to and fro from woodland to the clinic just to find out that it is closed. Called the number given and was told that there wasn't enough Manpower for today. Did not received any updates from the clinic that it were closed. There were other people there also trying to call them. Clearly show that the staff did not make an effort to let us all know that the clinic will be closed today. Really disappointed.
