I referred to the clinic to manage my medical health declaration for overseas studies and It was very last minute but Dr Quek managed to complete all the tests required within 2 weeks. Plus her warm and caring service, totally recommended!

Don't turn away on its old-school exterior. Dr Dina has been swabbing my child since he was 6 months. It's reassuring to know that there are at least 2 PHPC clinics along Bedok Reservoir.. and how I always chose this one. Dr Dina is insightful and answers all my questions as a worrying first time mom.. especially during this endless covid pandemic. Thank you.

Doctor Dinah was great! She went the extra mile to make sure I was okay, and treated me with a ton of care and concern. Super genuine :) Her receptionist is pretty cool too.

Nearest SASH clinic so I called. Receptionist told me to come down. Waited outside patiently as instructed on their piece of paper (look at pic) when receptionist was just minding her own business. Another patient told me to get the receptionist's attention after 10mins. If i didn't we might have to wait till the cows come home.. Finally registered, only to find out the waiting time is 45mins because the doctor is doing a minor procedure. Thankfully, I only waited a good 25mins. This is not all. Swab was done outside the toilet. Had to go outside and go to their back door in front of the toilet, facing the carpark so everyone can watch you do your ART swab. First time experiencing such a thing and felt degrading. Person doing the swab (I presume the Dr) didn't let me turn my head towards the clinic. "You do not need to turn in to listen." To top the list, no MC until I asked. So can I assume I am fit to go out when I'm positive? Stay away from this clinic.

Dr Dina is such a patient and understanding person. She always speaks in a clear and calm manner, she also explains my situation well enough for me to understand what I’m going through and gave me the reassurance I needed. I came in because I was having problems hearing on one side of the ear and I thought I needed a referral to the hospital. After giving me ear drops and the next visit (a week later) she flush/wash my ears instead of having to visit the hospital and everything was back to normal. She did a thorough check before this too. Even if the waiting game takes long (around 20 minutes+) it was worth the wait. Consultation itself is $30 and that is not something new. She’s also very efficient and does things fast. Will always come back to her ?

I have been visiting Dr Dina for as far as I can remember and she continues to be approachable and friendly. Every visit to her clinic has been memorable. I appreciate her sound, professional advice and going beyond the call of duty by offering a listening ear during my tougher times.

The services that I received from Dr Dina Quek is excellent. She is very understanding and listens to our concerns. She explained everything in a very clear manner before proceeding with a treatment plan. The service given by the staff was efficient as well. I would definitely recommend going to this clinic.

Dr Dina is the best doctor I've ever had. I've been going to her for the past 5 or more years already. She thoroughly explains every diagnosis properly and gives the best advice on how to take care of my health better. She's extremely attentive to her patients. She doesn't rush through her consultations and takes time to explain and this makes me feel safe and assured with her. She's my family's go-to doctor everytime. I have a company subsidised doctor just a walking distance away where I can get company sponsored consultation and prescriptions but I always go to Dr Dina everytime. Simply because she's the best.
