★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely modern decor and tasty sauces for their mains. The pork ribs are surprisingly good. Prices for the single set is around 12 ~ 16++ quite decent for the quality which includes drink and dessert. Portion looks small but surprisingly filling.
Meat, sauce and hot desserts game is on point ?
Self service for food pick up and return and order from counter. Friendly staff and clean environment. Would come here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the Beef Rendang, Curry Chicken and Ngo Hiang along with rice.
Curry Chicken was pretty delicious and creamy almost like butter chicken. Beef Rendang was tender and soft however not all the meat was consistent in tenderness, we got some really soft yet some really tough ones that you can barely bite through. Ngo Hiang was juicy however slightly overpriced from the quantity to price ratio. Our bowl of rice however was slightly stiff as if some parts of it were cooked in advance and mixed in with the new batch of rice.
Service was decent, student staff could be more well-verse in the menu as there are times they mixed up the order names but overall nothing too major to affect our dining experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday's experience at Tampines Mart outlet was very Disappointing. $7.2 for a portion of chap chye and @$8 for ngoh hiang. Both the taste and portion were so dismal. Previously had a good experience eating at the outlet but the take away yesterday embarrassed me as I had preordered it for a gathering. By the way, I bought double 2 portions of each for 6 pax and they charged me for all the packing as well. The bobo char char came in a tiny box at half height. The sago gula melaka was even smaller. Tingkat PeraMakan, you can do much better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality and delicious peranakan food hidden away at the second floor of Tampines Mart. Restaurant offers authentic perankan cuisine that are rich in taste and packed full of flavour. The ayam buah keluak and nonya chap chye are a must-get. Would recommend getting a table away from the ceiling fan & aircon unit as the food might get cold quickly. Restaurants accepts CDC vouchers too, definitely will be back here with my family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Little bit conflicted here. Tucked away on first floor of Tampines Mart, the premises are decorative and not too crowded. First try was the chendol, which was rich and fragrant. Returned for the Peranakan set meals (you choose mains, 2 veg, 1 dessert and a drink). Like the way you get small portions, which allows single person to have more dishes. Quality of the food was average, with no real standouts. Still, worth dropping round for a small bite in pleasant surroundings.
