★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent store, with wonderful timepieces. Truly art. The sales representatives were also wonderful and devoted time to me and even let me try a time piece on. Special thanks to Cerin for being a great sales rep. The prices of these watches are unfathomable, but it was a treat to see.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a passionate supporter and avid fan of Richard Mille. However, the young male sales representative is terrible. He has a very elitist vibe (even though he is merely a sales rep). Getting annoyed when showing interest in the brand and asking about the price of the watch as he probably knows we would not buy one. Completely avoided speaking to us even though the store was completely empty, and even when he did it was in a condescending tone.A previous reviewer shared similar sentiments. I know Richard Mille is better than that, as such it’s sad to see someone like that represent Richard Mille, such a prestigious and inclusive brand. Completely goes against the values of the founders of the brand.

Alway goes the extra mile to get the job done and clearly understands the value of customer service. KC is certainly an asset to the firm. Patience that he has posses simply applauding.My latest transaction with RM MBS is a testament to KC excellent customer service. Great experience and definitely return.

Firstly, the staffs were friendly and approachable. They took time to share the history of Richard Mille and also on the superior technology vs other brands watches.
Secondly, the design and layout of the store were very impressive. Gave a very modern and luxurious feeling.
Lastly, the majestic grandeur and simplicity of RM watches were so captivating... easily justify the prices for the watches.
The lady manager gave me a RM magazine, really appreciated her kind and generous gesture.
Overall experience 10 stars!
