Leaving a way overdue review here.. Bought my two Rolex from the Ion boutique and at both times were very well served by Sam. It was first in 2021 that I first walked in to try my luck on a desired datejust model. Right from the start, Sam provided excellent services and insight on the models I was keen on. On top of that, he shared a great deal on history of the brand and models. With some luck, I managed to snag a SS datejust that was available. During the purchase, Sam also followed up with me on any desired models I maybe looking at. Fast forward within a year, got a follow up text from Sam that 1 of my desired piece was in! And as they say, the rest is history. On top of that, during this period where I needed some help on my Rolex, Sam remains very responsive post sales. If you are getting a Rolex, highly recommended you to look for Sam and really had an awesome watch buying experience.

We have a wonderful experience in Rolex, Ion Orchard. Victor is patient in explaining the history of Rolex and the range of watches available. I am very surprise that he managed to secure a DJ for my wife. Her 1st Rolex watch, it’s a beautiful piece, perfect Xmas gift for my wife. Very thankful for Victor, hope to add some more collection in the future. I also like his Classic Milgauss :)

What an experience in buying my first Rolex with THG. We never knew buying a watch can be such an educational, informative and pleasant experience! Victor was such an attentive, professional, product knowledge equipped, friendly, approachable THG staff who served us. After making sure we were comfortably seated with drinks, he brought out our watch and starts intoducing to us the Rolex history, its watch series and classifications, current watch market situations, THG businees philosophy, and customers retention principle, bringing us into this part of the watch market segment. He then move from overall big picture to zooming into our interested watch, Rolex deepsea. It was just like my kids show and tell, he starts introducing to us all the features of our watch, how it was made and the material used by pointing and explaining. After which, he follows by demonstrating to us how to use our watch and how to maintain the watch. Our two thums?? and two feet ?? up for you, Victor ?! Getting my dream Rolex at the Rolex Boutique - The Hour Glass ION Orchard is a dream experience come true in itself! Andy Oh, my sales advisor, is very knowledgeable with the different models of Rolex and advises me on how to mix and match, which bracelet suits me, and the colors that blend well. Andy even went to great lengths to understand my existing watch collection so that he can recommend the right watches to add on to my hoard. I always love the stories behind each timepiece, and Andy is able to take me on a journey through the history of each Rolex - when they are created, the challenges they solve, and the history that they made. I also feel very well taken care of as Andy updates me when certain timepieces become available for me to collect. I cannot imagine getting my Rolex from elsewhere, and under the advise of anybody other than Andy Oh. Today is one of my best days because I finally got my first Rolex watch! I would like to thank Victor for securing this timeless beauty for me after I indicated my interest to him on last year Christmas Day. My birthday present came early indeed after 2 months of waiting. Due to my hectic work schedule, I informed Victor that I will be away for 7 days and could only collect my watch either on the following day or the following week. He went extra miles by notifying the office to express my watch shipment to the branch so that I could collect on the very next day. Thanks Victor for being so efficient and for exceeding my expectations. On the collection day, Andy attended to me patiently and politely. He also shared with me the history of Rolex and explained to me and my mom the watches available with different models and sizes. I really appreciate his good products knowledge and his attention to details. I will definitely recommend my families and friends to engage either Victor or Andy with their future purchases!
