I wanted to buy a pair of Caterpillar Shoes. I'd asked for a UK size 9, the assistant gave me a size 8, insisting it's 9. Later she go inside the store and took a size 12 for me to try. I'm wondering is RSH provides adequate training to their sales staff? Size 8 and size 12 given when I requested for size 9. Are they selling or just wanna clear stock to the customers?

The staff here are very unattentive. I browsed and tried on multiple outfits but no one was interested in helping at all. Everyone was behind the counter chatting away with each other. When I asked if they have size for certain items they just say no without even checking. The must be really talented to be able to scan and check stock using just their eyes. Changing rooms don't have a system where you can drop clothes you don't want in a bin/basket. I suppose items magically makes it's way from the changing room back on to the shelves. Suggest going to other outlets instead.

Was looking for a particular Adidas 'own the run tee' shirt in late August 2021 and most of the Adidas outlets, and RSH did not carry them since it was an old stock. Unfortunately the RSH's systems islandwide was down 2-3 weeks for maintenance. When contacted Northpoint's RSH, a Camelia (believe this is the correct spelling), responded and she personally went to check the physical stock and confirmed she had the item and it was the only piece left. As it was already nearing their closing time, Camelia told me she could reserve it for me so I need not come down late at night and can pick it up the next day at 11 am, which was the timing I gave her. As I had other plans, I could only go to the shop at 8pm. When I met Camelia, she said another customer wanted the same piece and the same size but Camelia still reserved the item for me despite my not being able to go to the shop at 11am. If it had been others, there's a high possibility that they might assume I may not want the item and sell it to the customers who were willing to buy the item. But Camelia was nice and professional enough to still reserve my item. I got the item finally. Not only Camelia but the other staff with her on that shift were really friendly and nice. Thumbs up for RSH Northpoint.

why is the point of having a contact number if the staff are too lazy to pick up the phone.

Got my favourite pair of Nike’s here. They were having a sale, and I got a good price. Quite well stocked. Staff is friendly and helpful. They have items that are in season too, so no need to travel to find what I want.

Came in for a solid 10-15 minutes. We were checking out the shoes but the staff are too busy chatting with each other. I looked around for help and even made eye contact with one of the staff and they did not care. They were standing right at the entrance and did not even bother to greet us when we entered the store or to check whether other customers needed any help / assistance. An utter waste of manpower.
