Thailand opening up travel policy are absolutely insensible and brainless! Incurring extra cost to check into hotel for 1st and 5th night just for PCR test at 5000 baht per night will definitely deters tourist from visiting Thailand with 7days holiday plan that deemed not visible nor practicable. suggest to atay away.

The annual thai festival was great with lots of performance together with authentic thai food stall and stall selling thai product. The staff at the embassy and the stall provide friendly and warm service with a great smile. I recommend all to come and soak in the thai culture every year. Keep up the good work!!!???

There is none answering the phone, you can't see anyone in person for queries, and their website is more messed up than the actual country. The Thai embassy just exists to pay diplomats to be on holiday in Singapore

Officer was overly sensitive and unpleasant. She was offended for no reason. Always misunderstood us and giving us a hard time. ? However, their appointment system is great, the security was efficient and nice. They entertained us even though we were 30mins late.

Avoid this place at all costs. I was here a number of years ago before Covid19. Their rules are illogical and their staff are unfriendly. For example, they want you to have a letter from the labour office in Thailand before they will issue the visa but small organizations in Thailand are required to bring the prospective staff member to the labour office before they will issue the letter. It is almost like staff in this embassy do not know the rules in Thailand. They rejected me but I just went to another country for the visa. Senseless rules, poor service!

Very poor service and attitude of the staff. Totally arrogant. Thailand wants to improve its economy which is mainly because of tourism and the staff treat them Badly. Visa processing is so slow that I do t think they want tourists. . There is clearly no intention to increase tourists

The experience to Thailand embassy was really really bad….. I went there today to apply my tourism visa. Before that, I already completed my online application successfully. The status showed I should provide my materials to offline Thailand embassy. That’s why I went there. When I arrived, I told the bodyguard that I’m here to provide visa related materials. Then don’t know why the bodyguard’s attitude is that bad! He spoke to me rudely and refused me to enter but without convincing reasons, even I bring all of my materials. More ridiculous thing is that he pointed his finger to me and yelled to me badly while I was explaining to him politely. I was not allowed to enter the gate even by a bodyguard which I really don’t understand why I don’t have right to talk to embassy with an proper appointment……

I think even 1 star they don't deserve it. The visa staff attitude is extremely bad. It was a middle age Muslim lady, showed no tiny patience at all to applicants. She got easily mad if you ask any simple questions. I don't know how Thailand economy can recover if treat visitors like this.
