Royce Dental Aesthetic and Implant Centre - Holland Village

First visited this dental clinic as I had some time to spare before my next appointment 2 years ago. I was, and still am, very impressed by Dr. Gladys artistry. She always speaks in a calming tone, explains what/why she is going to do, does works that she sees the need of and very sensitive to patient’s reactions during procedure. Today I had the most well executed (remove old n apply new) fillings by Dr. Gladys - I can say so as this old fillings was done 3 years ago by 2 dentists from a chained dental clinic - #1 did a bad job, #2 remove & redo with an attitude. Will recommend Dr. Gladys from Royce Dental anytime!

Dr. Shen is a great doctor. I felt really nervous to visit dentist outside my hometown. But she’s so nice and gentle that eliminated my tension. I have recommended her to my friends.

I have been going for my dental review and follow ups with Dr Chai for the last 3-4 years and she has never failed to do her best in each and every visit I made. She is attentive to every detail and I feel very reassured and safe to come under her care. I recommended many of my friends to her because she is simply so patient centric.

Dr Tan is very patience and give very good advise on maintaining the gums . I having some gums issue and my gums issue have improved. Thanks alot .

I live in Chip Bee Gardens - Holland Village and my neighbourhood never once recommended Royce Dental and I always wonder why! I have read the reviews and all were good review. So I decided to try it out. They were pushing this $88++ passion card promo which obviously most locals would take it up. It includes examination & consultation, basic Scaling & Polishing & Fluoride Treatment. Upselling part is; My dentist said I needed extra small films of my decay on each side which is $30/piece extra charge. I always knew I had my right bottom wisdom tooth ? decaying since last year. For their claims on wisdom tooth is also quite questionable. But I won’t go into details with that. They could not give me a proper breakdown to be clear of what I pay after I walk out of their clinic. Anyway, upon paying the bill, they will also ask for a 5 star review on the spot in exchange for this small gift. That explains their constant 5 star reviews on the page - which is good marketing strategy! After my experience, I will not go back again and shall stick to my previous dentist ? who is private & more honourable. And could do almost 100% claim on wisdom tooth extraction AND surgery.

Clinic is clean and spacious, and super easy to get to. just a short flight of stairs and it feels like you've found a safe and quiet space above the regular Holland Village insanity. Will totally recommend Dr Joycelyn Ho - she's super gentle, patient and walks you through the treatment/procedure. For someone that used to hate seeing a dentist/scared of a dentist, I'm no longer afraid to see Dr Ho. She makes regular procedures like scaling and polishing painless and super efficient, 10/10 recommend. I've since sent my mom and my aunts to see Dr Ho, and they now see her regularly.

I love dr Chai!! She’s the best dentist ever. Been going to her for a couple of years now and will continue to do so! So friendly and kind too. Highly recommend!!!
