I ordered thai latte. Super expensive at 5.30. Way more expensive compared to big brands like Koi and Gongcha. But the drink doesnt even take like what it sounds like. It tastes like mango. The cup is also super small. Much smaller than mainstream bubble tea brands

Walked past this shop, very small not easy to find. However, I am glad that I found this gem! Bought 3 cups of drinks - Taro Mango Latte, Burnt Caramel milk tea and the Peach fruit tea. The fragrance of the tea is awesome, both in the milk tea and fruit tea. And there are fruit bits in the peach tea as well. Usually burnt caramel is pretty sweet, was hesitating when choosing the sugar level. The staff recommended me 25% which is just right! Sweet but not too gelat and can taste the “chao ta” caramel in the milk tea. Taro Mango latte, name sound abit exotic but the taste is awesome! Did not know that Mango and Taro could mix so well together!! The taro drink do not have the “fake” syrup taste like Liho. Can really taste the rich flavour of the yam. Will definitely drop by again to try out other fruit tea series. For those who want to know how to walk to this bbt shop, it is located beside the wholesale fruit stall and the old school egg tarts stall.

Update on 4 Feb 22 Oh it didn’t even last for 8 months and it’s closed down. Shows how true my review is…. Hmm contrary to the other reviews here, I did not have a 5 stars experience Less 1 star - ordered a M size drink and the cup was filled to the brim with ice. After it melted, the water from the ice filled 60% of the cup. Less 1 star - staff was not clear in explaining the drink. Ordered the brown sugar fresh milk tea. I asked for less bubbles. Staff explained that less bubbles will be less sweet, so I said let’s do with normal amount then. But I ended up having a drink with no bubbles? Well it could arguably that I did not specify again that I wanted bubbles.. still.... Less 1 star. This is a really small outlet beside a vibrant busy fruit stall, one may not notice it at all. I walk past regularly and notice around 3 staff sitting around as this bbt outlet is usually not busy. Why not make more effort and have the staff to attract people down to visit the shop? Tiong Bahru Plaza is just opposite with established competitors such as Koi, Gongcha, Playmade. Should do more if you want to survive.. Still retains 2 stars as the taste of the brown sugar fresh milk tea is pretty nice despite the poor ratio with ice. Will consider to give it a try again if this shop is still there / looks crowded.. perhaps a year from now.
