★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just went to the clinic with my son who is running a fever and had been vomiting for more than 5 times earlier, and to my dismay, the nurse immediately rejected me saying that there are too many patients and the doctor cannot attend to my son anymore. I told her that I don’t mind waiting as my son is really very uncomfortable and she just simply give me a NO answer. This is really terrible. Run a clinic and reject a genuine sick patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ [TL;DR - Had an appointment, treated like a walk-in patient]
Gave this clinic a 5 star review previously but changed it because of an absolutely disastrous visit today.
The clinic gave me an appointment at 7pm after I called them in the afternoon. I reached at 7pm, told them them I had an appt & was give a queue number extremely far from the current number. Perplexed, I clarified on the rough waiting time & the receptionist only answered “the numbers are not called to sequence”.
Naturally, I would assume that means my number will be bumped up but NO, I waited for a good 1hr 45mins and by the time my number was called I realized it was per sequence of walk-in patients.
I was the last few patients to see the doc before they closed.
Finally they explained that they couldn’t find my appointment in the system but shouldn’t you have told me this EARLIER so I could manage my expectations that this is a walk-in and perhaps grabbed dinner while waiting?
I am so disappointed in the slow service with very poor queue management system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My second time visiting this clinic and it's a good experience. Booked one day before consultation and yes they did serviced me immediately in the morning. The nurses are kind and respectful. I went through a lot of clinic buy this clinic made me more comfortable. Good service ?? Thanks Angela(the kind and friendly nurse who attended me everytime) .?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The nurses are extremely kind and helpful. Went down due to a positive ART test and had to follow campus protocol to get an MC. My pleasant experience ended with the doctor’s attitude. I understand that the doctors are working under stressful conditions due to the Covid situation. However, it was extremely unprofessional for one to make assumptions no matter how many cases you have seen.
I tested positive on campus residences and due to the shortage of accommodation, chose to go back home to isolate instead. Naturally, I had to carry a lot of study materials back and was seen lugging bulky bags around. I came straight from campus, in private hire transport. Yet, the doctor assumed I was walking around spreading the virus all morning just because I was carrying more items than the average patient and decided to proclaim his observations with a smart remark. Even if it was an attempt at conversation, it made me feel awful, do better.
To the nurses there, thank you for your service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly, Worst experience with Doctor.
Been visiting this clinic for past years with relatively good experience. But this will be last visit.
Went to check on internal ear infection. Understand Doc need to pull the ear in order for a clearer view.
However, the pull had been very painful and immediately informed the doctor, yet he continued to pull even harder.
After the session, even more pain are felt outside the ear, around the cheek area. Probably was due to his extensive pulling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tested ART positive so walked in to the phpc clinic to see doctor on Tuesday 2.30pm. Nurses and receptionists all were very kind and gentle (sorry didn't get to see your names as I was feeling very unwell), and Dr Saifuz was very warm, approachable and jovial. It was heartening to see a doctor who doesn't rush through appointments and he was very detailed in explaining the different medication and symptoms to me, despite the heavy workload from the pandemic. Do note that the wait can be quite long for walk in patients, I waited around 1h45m for 7 patients in front of me, and there is not much seating area for waiting. Thank you to all the staff of Etern Clinic for your hard work and take care!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service! I queue for very long to register but at the end I will told is closed for registration and ask to call back again tonight to register. No sign board was displayed to inform registration is closed.
Then later said to see the doctor can but need add surcharge of $35 as it is doctor break time.... Then later, said cannot because doctor want to go off...
No heart to serve ill patients.
I am not the 1st person that go negative feedback, many people also give negative too on this clinic...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. I believe im not the first. Please dont ever come if you are feeling too sick and need urgent attention. If you are thinking its good as its crowded, its a fake front as the doc takes an average of 30mins to call for the next patient and another 10mins to wait for medicine even when there are 4 clinic staffs at the reception. Etern, you seriously need to relook into your processes and not use understaff as an excuse.
