★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and neat. The staff took care not to press so hard on the bread so it remains puffy and amount of sauce is just right. Ingredients are fresh and counter was very clean. Unlike the outlet at Eastpoint mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to buy the $5.90 value meal and the person there was clearly not paying attention because i was pointing at the $5.90 value meal poster at the end it costed $9.90 instead this is the second time this has happened!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This cafe is located outskirts of Bedok Mall along New Upper Changi Road (nearest train: Bedok MRT Station). Located along the corridor facing Bedok Town Square. Deli - styles sandwiches, wraps and salads all made at the counter. I am thankful for the good service by the counter staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridiculous place. I came in and staff say cannot chope seat ( I chope just 1 seat for myself only). Other groups has choped freely. Reason is because need to reseve seat for others ( those are the others that chope seat). Why is it so random? Some can chope , some cannot chope?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible. The staff were really irritating and kept getting confused with my order and asked for my vaccination status thrice. When I went to sit, the place was really dirty as well, with cup stains and food morsels on the table and ground. Really disappointed as I had a really positive 5 star experience at Bedok Heartbeat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is as expected and staff are friendly. A bit pricey for the value. Breakfast set suddenly increased by $2 but doesn't feel much different. The coffee is slightly better at best.
