The wait time here is horrible. Waited for close to an hour for a 6 piece set for takeaway & dining in. Saw people who were behind me got their orders first, and I got my order before some customers who were already there before me and ordered first. To make matters worse - received the wrong order and only realized it when I was home

Chicken fried on point - crisp, not too oily, tender meat, well seasoned and served piping hot. Batter well done. Louisiana Rub and Garlic & Parmesan were fantastic flavours for fried chicken. Loved that there was the option of boneless chicken so it’s fuss free to eat. Reasonable price for this quality. Ranch sauce was also a really good combination as the buttermilk and herbs added another dimension to the chicken. Ticks all the boxes I was looking for in fried chicken. Waiting time though, was extremely long. Waited a good 30 mins for the food despite this being a almost like a fast food eatery. They’re clearly understaffed! It’s also a very small space. Hope to see faster turnaround on my next visit.

Waited too long just for two meals, prices were very contradicting of its portions, expensive. Expected more heat from the 'inferno' flavored wings. Would not go again

Had the non sauce types. Don't fancy sauces on fried chicken. Garlic parmesan boneless chicken was dope. My friend had the Atomic sauce, her lips went swole. Fries were better than McD's.

Female cashier was atrocious. Bad attitude, rude & shouted at my mother just because my mother wanted sugar for her hot tea. This has been going on for so long, how is she still actively working there? Wingstop, do something about your customer’s reviews.

Had to wait 1.5 hours for our food. Ordered the β€œFamily meal” and asked to have it take away instead because we were in a rush and had to leave quick. Instead of the food arriving afterwards for us to take and leave, we then had to wait another HOUR. We were late for our meeting AND hungry. Even asking for a refund made us wait another 10 mins because the manager wasn’t even in to help us refund. Waste of time.

The cashier prefer to stare at order screen with her back facing the customers. So she never noticed anyone coming in. She had hearing disability so be patient she will need you to repeat yourself three times. She had disability punching in order as well so be patient. She tried five times before she get it right. Then come the wait for your food…. It’s not exactly β€œfast” food. So wait until you loss all your patience then you approach them at the counter and realised that you food is ready there but no one bother… so the wing was just sitting there getting cold. It’s a freaking customer facing business. If you have a cashier that hate to face customers then get someone else for the job

Ordered on a Friday night via Foodpanda for self pick-up. Did not have to wait for too long, however, order is not accurate. Order 6 classic wings with 3 x Pepper Lemon and 3 x Louisiana Rub but end up getting all Pepper Lemon upon opening them up at home, which is not a big deal. However, taste quality certainly has dropped. It used to be well marinated for all the wings and the peppery taste was spicy and savory, but now is just very salty and the lemon taste barely there. I hope is just some accidental batch since it is on a busy night.
