★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had colonoscopy this morning and it was a breeze from check-in to finish. Staff starting from safe entry to reception to surgery were courteous and systematic in handling their tasks. Thanks and keep it up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience with the "specialist" as he kept on repeating the same advice to me each time I visited him and there was no alternative plan to treat my condition due to his rather lack of confidence. Ended up getting a referral to NSC just because I suggested it otherwise I think the whole cycle would had repeated itself again. Should had visited a Private sector in the first place rather than here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for my eye check up after 2.5 months of wait. Then when I said I wanted to check if my eye power ,the doctor says it's a long que , I insisted several times , and said I don't mind waiting. Seriously you wait for so long and you r told eye check up cannot was really bad treatment if service.finally I wanted to wait and get done.The lady doc who checked at refraction us very rude and never bothered to understand the trouble I had in seeing. She kept insisting' u just have to tell me more clear or more blur repeatedly and never bothered to take any other words from me. ' wow I never expected such a bad service from this medical centre eye centre.
Don't choose this one if you have a choice to go else where....it's not worth your time and we don't get the real service ...that's what I felt.

Service is good and staffs are friendly. Lack of doctors is a minus. Waiting times are long

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very big, and clean. Not very cluttered, and quite empty. Not too crowded even during peak hours. The staff here are friendly and nice, and offer to help whenever possible. Jurong Medical Centre is conveniently located near many HDB flats as well as a shopping centre and MRT station, making booking appointments here more convenient than at a hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Get referral to this place. Quick and peaceful, not much crowd. They have carts going around during tea time to give out hot drink and crackers. The pharmacy is at the ground level.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional spine specialist. Not accommodating and uninterested in listening to patient concerns. Doctor is a male located at level 3 clinic G room 42. Simply read off MRI report from external outsource MRI clinic as his conclusion. Didn’t bother to show me the scan image and address my concern.
Told me I’m fine but I know it’s not.

Place seems much quieter now than before.
