โ โ โ โ โ I concur with most of the reviews here that the admin/reception staff is really rubbish,lacking in customer service and truly not professional at all.Upper management, please send them for training or hire better personnel.Not recommended!

โ โ โ โ โ Doctor was good but front desk admins were very rude, not accommodating and wasn't willing to allow me to pay by mednefits for and strange reason, I had to call mednefits to get it settled manually, they later decided to recall mednefits due to "change costs due to medicine change" when I managed to get through to them.
I hope they aren't trying to cheat people's money. Oh and the doctor was completely unaware that the clinic was under mednefits, it all sounds quite fishy to me.
I would fire both the front desk admins.
If you can put up with rude admins up to fishy business, the doctor seems quite nice and knowledgeable.
