★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sales staff have no or little knowledge of English and totally unhelpful. Anyway I did buy an item that I needed without any proper assistance due to conversational issues. I just wonder why the company is not aware or maybe ignores
this shortcoming. Not all customers are Chinese, please bear in mind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big fan of Seahorse furniture, excellent quality at reasonable prices. The salesperson at the outlets know their products well. Their promotion strategy is quite interesting, usually discounted prices are for NEW release products instead of the usual marketing strategy employed by most companies which offer discount for older stock. With this reverse physchology strategy, Seahorse gets consumers to want to try their new products first hand.
