★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic value for money! $4 gets you horfun with 2 fresh good sized prawns and clams. Not much wok hei as the hor fun is pre-fried.
For wok hei, get one of their cooked to order dishes such as the excellent black bean fish head with black beans and bitter gourd (from $8). The deep fried chunks of fish head are succulent, fresh and coated in a savoury moreish thick sauce. I mopped up every bit and this is from someone who usually avoids bitter gourd. Just beware of the scales!

After I have discovered his cooking, I am visiting his stall twice in this week.
I am preparing to bring my father as well!!!!
I have tried the beef fried with rice.
Fried rice, fish slice soup with bee hoon and BEST of The BEST seafood hor fun!!!!
Look at the Prawn Size!!!! My goodness.
It is really under rated in the entire hawker centre. If you found this and reading this, you cannot walk away without trying! You will definitely regret!!!! See my video and snapshot as proof.

With alot of basic ingredients increase.
