β β β β β I agree with previous reviews. It is very late, we booked for 9:00am trip but we left TBS about 11:00 already. Then just near TBS they transferred us to another bus, it is Transtar. I don't know if both bus operators are owned by the same person, regardless who is the owner don't book with neither buses from KL because the bus is not clean. Aside from late and too slow, the engine is also noisy, showing that it is too old and needed to be diposed. It just like we travelled KL to Sg for 12hours because we arrived at our hotel past 9:00pm already. Never book this bus...

β β β β β my return trip to Singapore from Kl with season express.
1) bus departure time from TBS in ticket is 4 p.m
actual departure time was 9 p.m
2) at Johor Bahru bus interchange, bus driver told all passengers to leave the bus and they said they're going to arrange another bus for passengers. And there's one group of people who acts similarly like gangsters who are managing this line's trip, they said they're arranging replacing bus for passengers who they forced to leave from our bus. But, at last these gangsters like bus handlers walked away anyhow and disappear. They take no responsibilities and left passengers in turmoil.
3) Seasons bus line charge extra special charges for this period at high cost 150 RM. But, the way they treat passengers are like trash.
4) I called them on phone to their office. They replied they would see how. but I sensed that there's no responsibility in conversation for their behavior.
5) Seasons bus line already premeditated what they are going to do to customers. They just want money profit as high as possible at the cost of people's life and safety.
Seasons/88 bus line has no integrity, no humanity, no responsibility, ...
according to my this real experience, I want to tell everybody not to take
SEASONS BUS LINE in your lifetime, never ever.

Don't open another brand company as yours already have a bad name.
Recent 2 April 2018: Below 1 star, waited more than 2 hours and no sign of the bus.
Bus ticket we paid for was from K.L TBS straight into Singapore. Bus was to leave at 12.30 bus came at 2.15pm we reached JB 9.30pm not even singapore.
The bus had only 5 people not even half so they decided to pick up other passengers in order to fill the bus so the drop off location was added will be Skudai and Larkin. Did not allow the other passenger to refund back the ticket or change coach company that was so upsetting.
After dropping off the passengers at Larkin the bus driver realise there were only 7 passengers left and ask another company coach bus to bring us to Singapore. The reason the driver said was no road tax into singapore.
The season driver begged another coach company to take us how embarrassing is that.

β β β β β Think twice when you want to buy any ticket from Seasons.
My bus was supposed to depart at 7.50pm, and they delayed it to 9.00pm and look at the time Iβm posting this, itβs 11.05pm. Proven in the photos. Itβs a freaking 3h15min delay. There was no communication telling the passengers what happened to the bus or where is it, we were all just left hanging dry :( waiting for it to fetch us...
I called the Singapore office hoping they could assist me on whether the bus would be departing or not and its whereabout. The first reply I got: we only deal with buses from Singapore (I was leaving from Malaysia to Singapore). Next I asked for Malaysiaβs office number because I couldnβt find it online. But when I dialled it, it was engaged.
Delaying for a reason is acceptable but looking at past comments, I think this delay happened more often than the acceptable rate. I would give it zero stars if I can

β β β β β Never ever travel with Seasons Express Bus. Have to agree with all the reviews. Worse, inefficient& extremely low in punctuality. Bus should depart from Singapore at 1.30pm, delayed to 2.30pm& ended up leaving SG at 3.30pm. 2hours wasted. Need to change to another bus once arriving Johor, strongly proves that company is bad in operation& causes hesitancy& confusion for travellers. Waited from 5pm to 6.30pm at the bus in Johor before leaving. Another 1.5hrs wasted. Bus driver keep speeding& ended up arriving destination at 11pm. Imagine if travel with other companies, good punctuality, efficient& can arrive destination on time. Dear travellers, read all the reviewa&think twice before booking this lousy company! 1star is too much for Seasons Express Bus.

β β β β β I bought ticket from Busonlineticket and bus cancelled suddenly and never inform customer at all. I had been informed by the check in counter at TBS when I check in.
Malaysia TBS-to-Singapore Golden Mile trip on 31/03/2019, 11.30pm. Very disappointed, the reason of cancellation is because of not enough passenger, irritated.

β β β β β worst bus company ever but at least they came. can't blame all the staff is rude to customers but mostly are. depending on how friendly we are. since we are customers, should use common sense to serve and answer customer inquiries politely not ignoring us. I know its cheap. half an hour late is okay for me. it needs to stop at least 2 to 3 bus stop to pick up and drop off people to make extra money. I'm not the type of person that likes to complaint a lot.
At the beginning, i saw and read a lot of bad review about this season express. i told myself maybe not so worst since i haven't experience it myself, who knows maybe Iβm lucky to get a good service from them or the bus came on time. From what I see and observed on this bus company. Firstly, the boss doesnβt really care much about customers satisfaction. If they really care, they should train or warn the staff to behave and act professionally when handling customers. Secondly, before booking the bus tickets, saw a very nice yellow colour season express bus picture from the website. So I booked it. In the end, the bus arrived 30mins late and it came out with other bus company pacific express. The bus exterior is ok, the interior looks very old and seats is comfortable just feels very old and unhygienic. which is not the point here. If the bus company donβt have bus to take off, they might call other bus to back them up, moreover, if the bus came late or early or waiting for 10.00am passengers and 10.30am or 11.00am passengers. They might try to wait and slow us down to make sure the bus is 80% full before taking off especially on the weekdays since it is not busy hour. Which means they donβt want to take off the bus empty handed and donβt want to lose profit. The reason why I gave this review, is to let people know and whoever experiencing this for the first time travelling using this bus company services. Giving u a quick glance why people hates this bus company a lot and how to use or when not to use the bus company services. For relaxing people, not in a hurry to work are okay to pick this bus. For emergency or urgent matters, especially rushing and bad-tempered people couldnβt handle this type of bus services.

β β β β β Horrible and terrible experience ever!!! Hope no one will take this bus so that won't have anyone get hurts again! I had took the last timing (11:59pm) from SG travel to KL. The bus is late for half an hour and the driver went few rest station during the journey. When we reached the rest station, the driver was sleeping inside the bus. I remembered he went 2 rest stations and sleep for more than 1 hour. The bus driver really drive quite fast but i don't know why take so long we also haven't reach KL yet. I felt asleep in the bus and suddenly wake up by somebody around 6 something in the morning. When the time I wake up only realise our bus had drop into the grass (which is the bus had crossed over the railing and fly into the grass)! My react was like WTF happened! Luckily everyone get to escape from the bus but our luggage still stucked inside the compartment. After we escaped then only realise the driver had ran away. We couldn't find him and don't have anyone (person in charge of the bus company) we can ask for help. We wait for few hours there and got ambulance and fireman came help to take out our luggage from the compartment since the compartment actually was at another side (which is the side drop into the grass)! We can just go back to KL ourself WITHOUT ANY REFUND AND COMPENSATE after this accident happened!!!!!! This accident happened in Melaka, we still need to take 1 hour and more distance to back to KL. I had ask my family to call to the company office. The owner called me back but also didnt tell us anything about the COMPENSATE!! NEVER!!!
