Manicure Room

I purchased a mani/pedi package, but every time I visit, the staff would keep pressuring me to purchase extra services. One of the staff even gave me an attitude when I said I would consider their spa-mani offer, which was quite expensive to pay upfront. The staff doesn't seem to know how to respect their customers' decisions, unable to take No for an answer. Makes me wonder if they are expected to meet some kind of ridiculous sales quota, from the way they keep pushing extra things. Decided to stop going there since I am unable to enjoy my time there without being made to pay and pay and pay...

Soo lousy service. I purchased $48 package Gel medi and Classic Pedi but their service rly suck!! I came here on 29th March.Evening time.no customer at all but the girls too rushing to finish the service. Not even 1 customer there. For Pedi NO SOAKING even for 1 minutes. No lotion no massage for hand. the nail colour not apply perfectly. NO PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. I came here for pampering myself with their service and willing to pay. NoT JST PAY for lousy service. I'm there for 1 hour no one customer walk in to shop but once I reached they did said too busy so they have to done rushing. Rly very bad experience. PLS AVOID THIS SHOP . NOT WORTH IT.

This is the first time coming here for my monthly regular pedicure treatment. Past 15yrs I hv been going to their other outlet in Lotone. Service here is as good as my previous service centre. Staff has been nice and curtesy. Hence I decided to continue my service here instead of going to Lotone since my current service staff has resigned. Due to their continue good service...I have been travelling all the up to Lotone in Chua Chu Kang frommy new home in Boon Keng. Now has to shift to Serangoon which is nearer to my home. Keep up all your good service. Thank you.

I usually do mani pedi for relaxation but everytime i come the hard selling is really stressful. Really, please back off unless the package is done do not stress your customers to buy. You even gang up on me, I am the type the more persistent the more i will say no. You guys dont even give an outstanding service. I bought a package already unless it is zero leave me alone

Went in to enquire on gel manicure removal charges. Standard service provided by all nail parlour for gel removal includes nail cut & shaping after removing. (This is the normal and standard service I encountered throughout my nail experience with all the different parlours fyi) Was told to add $5 if I want to cut my nails. This wasn’t communicated by Jenny when I asked initially and was shut off by her “this is company policy” Such a scam and dishonest shop. Strongly don’t recommend anyone who’s considering this service. To your reply - My ideal of scam is that your staff should have communicated what your package includes of before I get seated down rather than only telling me after I asked and halfway through the service. You might want to survey nails salon at bugis street if they do gel removal do they even bother to cut & shape for their customer’s nails despite the rundown environment and at a cheaper price. I’m using bugis street as everyone know it’s the lowest benchmark anyone can go to compare nail services. You may like to reflect at the services your shop based on your previous negative reviews on Google. Note: Business should run using sincere integrity and obviously I don’t feel it in a customer’s perspective. God bless your business. Pls don’t use this post as your form of marketing & advertising for your FREE service which wasn’t mentioned throughout my visit.

SCAM ALERT. Regretted not reading their reviews before stepping into the store. Its a complete utter scam! Went in as a walk-in customer, receptionist didn't ask what category of service I would like - instead ordered "classic" on my behalf. This service cost SGD 43 (I later found out there's an express service where its only $23, which is really what I needed). After sitting down and was asked to dip my foot in the foot spa, the pedicurist then ask if I refer to "have my feet soften", well.. naturally I replied yes because why would I reject part of a service that I am already paying the package for?? But NO, I was then told that there will be an additional charge of +$10 after she dropped the fizzy tablets into the spa water. Next, when the pedicurist was preparing my feet, she then informed me that there will be an additional charge of +$5 because its "after 6pm" (at then, I didn't know how to react). During the service, she asked if i would "prefer" her to help me remove the dry dead-skin on the sole of my feet. So I naturally replied yes because, isn't it part of a typical service??? she then told me that she will be "using a special machine and it would be very comfortable".. I then asked "how much would this cost?" (knowing that this shop is up to no good), she then replied it would be an additional +$38 (ikr! what!?). Also, coming to the end of the service, she "offered" to moisturize my feet as a standard service.. so naturally, I replied "ok sure", but then a few seconds before she applied it she told me that because she's opening a new bottle, it would cost me +$60 but I could bring the bottle home. I immediately rejected the offer.. she then told me they are running a 1-for-1 promo, which is a good deal for first-time customers.. At the end of the session, I was repeatedly offered to sign-up their 6-sessions package for $258.00 even after I have rejected the offer.. to an extend where I had to tell her off before she was willing to settle up the payment.. my damage from this scam was SGD 113.00 (not $43 as under the initial impression). I bet i need not say if i would be returning.. evidently clear that I WOULD NOT.

Recommended to me by my cousin. Totally amazed by the quality of their nail art and materials used, very long-lasting and uniquely beautiful. Much better than other nail salons that I went before. The staffs were all very friendly and helpful to explain to me all the details and packages, and very skillful. Really grateful ? See you all soon!

Omg.. come at your own risk. I wanted to give them a chance even thou all is bad review. But I guess this is my last time coming. I did gel classic pedicure. She scrab my feet not even 3min n wash it off already. N still not clean i still can feel sandy behind my small tight. Not consider cheap but the service is really horrible. Btw the chair is super uncomfortable. N she took 1.5hr just to do pedicure. Seriously highly NOT RECOMMENDED
