Sengkang General Hospital - 110 Sengkang E Way

Well equipped hospital with state of the art equipment. Committed doctors and nurses.my stay was pleasant except I could not get a single bedder .Anyway interesting room mates I have with all kind of personality. Kudo to the staff of ward38 who made my stay memorable. The hospital gave me back a new lease of life and I am grateful .

Near by have LRT and here is very cold even outside have sun, and here a lot of food you csn choice and here the waiting time is long, and some nurse here is nice, and is "big*hospital

I really like the environment, and nice, attentive staff, doctors and service at the medical centre. Very orderly and clear progression/directives advised and printed on slips, as well as having the shortest waiting time I've experienced compared to elsewhere. I like how there is a staff in the room with attending doctor that's in charge of calling name and directing where to go next, with good attention to detail and her tone very nice and professional. Might be at the expense of labour but I really appreciate this experience. Too bad I didn't get the staff name. Perhaps a suggestion is that, if an entrance door is locked, can consider putting signs at the foyer and outdoor entry points rather than just at the door, to minimise walking all the way to the door then to find that it is closed and have to make another detour :)

Mum was warded in EDTU after going through their A&E. A&E doctors and nurses were great and helpful. However, once she had to be warded for the night, nurses just kept chit-chatting loudly among themselves while all the patients were supposed to be resting as it was already past 9pm. Could tell that the other patients were disturbed by this. Not sure what’s the protocol or rules for the nurses on duty, but have not experienced any like this.

Visited on Sunday 12 Dec to the A&E and even though there was no one infront of me, I waited for a solid 2 hours before the doctor came and consulted me. Really could improve on the speed for it is an emergency. Be prepared to wait for several hours before you can see the doctor.

I would like to say Thank You to the Ward 59 doctor nurses reception staff cleaner and helpers. You all did a very good work by assuring the patient all been taking care of. Nurse Cherie Hoa you did a very excellent service in your line of duty by taking care most of the patient. My Mum Madam Tan warded in the ward for just two days 14 to 15 and you were very helpful been attended by you. You are an angel to us. Thanks you ?. T

Was at SKH due to wife having serious symptoms from Covid. She vomits after eating, on-off fever, feeling very weak for few days. Hardly leaving the bed. These symptoms happens over 3 days. There wasn’t much patients at A&E but the Indian lady at the counter told us my wife needs to be isolated for minimum 5 hours. (Don’t know for what), Told us to see a GP instead. We inform her that we had seen a GP, no results after 2 full days that why we are at the hospital. Wondering if this is the way hospital treats covid patients or is just that Indian lady at A&E? Amending my post from earlier, doctor attended to my wife after 15 min, so there is no issue with the hospital, only that rude Indian lady at the counter

I would like to convey my compliments to the A&E doctor & nurses who did a great job. I'm warded at ward 17 room 11 and I really like the environment, clean,nice and very attentive Nurses, polite SN Cindy Ho, doctors especially Doctor Lester Ong very nice and professional and like how the staff in the room 11 attended to me and other patients. Even the coffee service auntie are very nice and polite.I really appreciate this experience.
