How come only 2.9 rate? The staff is so nice and the doctors is so PROFESSIONAL! he doesn't hesitate to explain why and how!! It's my first time visit this clinic, definitely create a comfortable and warm experience!!! They deserve at least 4 star

The doctor is very polite and professional. But Staffs at front desk are very RUDE and gave sarcastic remarks. They raised their voice just because I asked whether I could use my Chas card and because they were just lazy to reprint my receipt. I even told them if I cant use it then its fine but one of them decided to show her tantrum. Waste of time.

Don't bother going down to this clinic. they don't even let you register or even tell you what to do. Wasted a trip down because we were locked outside. Nobody even bother to come out to at least tell us how and where we can register ? totally waste of time.

came at 9am, nurses not there to open clinic. then the doctor sees all non fever/cough/sore throat patients first. Meanwhile, the really sick ones have to sit outside in the heat and are not allowed to enter the clinic. they prepare all the meds and the doctor comes out to check on all the sick ones at 1 shot. Not sure its the best method but the doc is caring & his nurses very very lucky. 4 stars for the doc but drop 1 star coz had to wait outside over an hour. darn hot.

I’ve been coming here for years, and I’m a nurse myself. But I’m just appalled by their lack of empathy and concern for patients. I’m covid positive and I’ve already done all the MOH reporting. I came because I needed medication. I came early at 9am to be exact and was 2nd in line. They opened at 920am despite opening hours as 9am. LOL. I understand I’m covid positive and I need to wait outside. But the most ridiculous thing is they let ALL the patients behind me see the doctor. I waited for an hour (and I’m still waiting). I asked if I could see the doctor because I’m really not feeling well, and why is everyone going before me. Receptionist just tells me “I don’t know” and can’t tell me the exact time they will call me. SO I COME EARLY FOR WHAT? Nothing was communicated too, people will wait if you explain what’s going on. As I write this, I am still standing outside. Dr. Vincent is good and I really think he has a good heart and is an excellent doctor. But his clinic is run by unprofessional staffs. Like all the previous reviews, the staff is the downfall of his clinic. I won’t be back.

Doctor is good. Polite and Helpful. But the receptionists are very very bad and rude and unprofessional. There was once one of the receptionists told me - too many medicine, don't know how to explain to you. You go figure it out yourself. And they are so loud and noisy. Talk very rudely. Especially the tall one, bun hair with spectacles. And it's this receptionist who told me to go figure it out myself. Very very bad. Please consider replacing these receptionists. You can hire way better ones.

The place looks old and they make you wait but Dr Tok is pretty good. Very clear and caring advice which is what you actually want and need

Knowing the low rating of this clinic, I went to the clinic today because I had some Covid symptoms and this was the only available clinic near my place. The doctor and receptionist were very polite and helpful and the doctor gave me advice carefully what to do while I was sick. This is not a fancy clinic however, the staff and the doctor are good. Recommend!
