β β β β β My second time here. The clinic is said to be open at 6pm, but I came here at 6 and am still waiting tho it's almost 7pm. I was told the doctor hasn't arrived yet.
The first time I was here the waiting time was more than 30 mins and consultation is like 5 mins.
Not recommended unless u have a Shenton card and have nowhere else to go.

β β β β β I don't know how come people are rating it so Low. I have been visiting Shenton Way Jurong East since 2008, since the time it was under the escalator of the Jurong East Mrt. I as well as all our company colleagues (irrespective of where they live) have utmost respect for Dr. Michael Ha and prefer visit this clinic. He is, if not, one of the best doctor for general diseases. Also I find it very funny on how come people are complaining about the timings when it is clearly stated in the Parkway Shenton website

β β β β β Visited this clinic on 16/7, doctor was nice and patient. I had tummy upset, occasional runny nose and slight minor sore throat. Dr gave me a referral for a swab test, informed me to go if my symptoms worsen. Otherwise I can jus ignore the referral. Was given 5 days stay home notice as well.
Yesterday received a SMS from MOH reminder for swab test, and that I have to go within 2 days.
When for the swab test today, which is the last day of my SHN. I was given additional MC till my swab result is out.
This severely compromises my work schedule and causes alot of trouble for my colleagues.
As a layman, we listen to the doctors instructions. It's their job to do their due diligence to relay accurate information to their patients. When I called the clinic to feedback, the doctor was very apologetic, and claims that the government guidelines on referral kept changing. However after checking with my sister, as she went for swab test last month, the guidelines has been the same. Her clinic informed her to go down to polyclinic immediately.
GPs are part of the Frontline staff fighting this pandemic. It's extremely important that they are updated on the latest MOH guidelines and not relay the wrong information to their patients.
Extremely disappointed in the clinic, and my workplace aren't happy with me either.
