★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and professional staffs who know their job well with dedicated tasking for each of them.
Frank, well spoken and friendly doctor to examine/assess your medical condition.
Comprehensive clinic with X Ray, ECG and even Traditional Chinese Medicines (TCM) incorporated into their one stop clinic.
The only down side is the waiting time, might need to wait longer them usual if you're doing company's medical assessment there as there are quite a number of companies registered to have their staff medical screening conducted there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor does not listen to problems, they take up some other item from history and keep suggesting stuff which does not require immediate attention. Felt they were doing this to increase the consultation time, useless service. I went with a problem, was given medication which was useless and problem aggravated next day. Had to visit my regular clinic to get problem rechecked. Issues only with this centre. On top of it waiting time was long (not surprising, because of the way they pick up some other item and extend consultation time, should be same for all).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite empty clinic on this Saturday morning… Despite this, numbers are not called in sequence and waiting has been very long. It seems the clinic is more for testing and not for sick patients. Had better experience previously at this clinic but not today…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for a clinic for my throat infection. Having read some negative reviews, I was a bit apprehensive but decided to visit anyway.
I went in at 3pm, and the clinic was quite crowded. The staff attending to me was professional and polite. Waiting time was expected to be 1 hour, but I got to see the doctor in 30 mins. Had to wait another 30 mins for my medicine, but that was to be expected. All in all, a decent visit for me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently moved from Malaysia to Singapore and having difficulty in finding a good GP for my family. Luckily I came across Dr Winston. Dr Winston is an amazing person. He explained in detail about my symptoms and the treatment regime he is going to put for me. He is well spoken with humble and polite attitude.
Dr Winston will be my family doctor from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are ever at this clinic, please look for Dr Chan Hsiu Mei. She is such a kind and patient doctor. She answers all your concerns and really listen to you. So far i found the staff at the counter have improved a lot from the last time i was there. They must always be polite and professional no matter how many people they see.

there's no manager here? Can't believe staff's attitude.
When foreigners come in, always talk back and complain about customers in Chinese.
worst & horrible experience.
