My first 2 experiences were not that great (the doctors’ name are in the reviews). However, the last 2 experiences were awesome, thanks to Dr Daniel Lim and Kenneth, they are willing to listen to my description patiently unlike others who just want to faster finish the call. So far the medicine is delivered timely, never had any delay!

Doctor prescribed the wrong asthma inhaler and there was no way for me to contact the clinic and DOCTOR ANYWHERE. I’ve been using DA for more than a year now and I’ve realized that the doctors are less caring and more transactional. They don’t seem to really hear and care about what you’re going through, they just want to prescribe medications and end the call. Not all patients are looking for MC. Some of us are genuinely sick and need proper medical advice. DA needs to remind its doctors of what patient care means cause they seem to be lacking of it. I used DA because of the convenience but now with the wrong prescription, this will be my last time using DA.

Have used DA a few times for overseas ART tests and for minor ailments like food poisoning etc: would say that most of the doctors are great (all are ‘efficient’ and the consults are less than 1-2 minutes) but one or two were a bit.. rude? The medication came really quickly one time but was super late another, waited till 12:45am when we did the consult at 7pm and they said it would be there by 12 midnight. No one called us to tell us it would be late and we were not sure what to do. Overall it’s still a great app and so much better than having to fuss about queueing to see a doctor when you just need antibiotics etc.

My medication was not delivered even after 5 hours. And no one is picking up the call too. Taking money is immediate but no responsibility to deliver medicines on time. Please understand patients are sick and you make them wait for 5 hours for medication. Still no update on my medication.

Did a virtual consult at 1:45pm today because was running a high fever and sore throat. Supposedly the medicine should be coming at 3pm - 6pm, and based on my past experience with DR ANYWHERE, their delivery is fast with the medicine. Waited till 3pm plus and still did not receive any updates, my fever increased to 39.4 degrees, my head was really pounding and couldn't take it, called the number for delivery status, the staff say I will receive the medicine before 6pm and requested for expedite and suddenly the line got cut off. Couldn't endure anymore as it was after 6pm, still no response, no updates, no one calling me to notify anything until I call in again and they explain due to the backorder of 2pm-3pm wasn't released. If this is the kind of delivery system that was suppose to be fast and efficient, it is definitely not properly done. Might as well head down to the clinic and the prices for the medicine are overly charged.

Consulted a doctor at 9am this morning for food poisoning, arranged for medications to be delivered to me within the 10am to 1pm delivery slot. It is now 3pm and I am still waiting for my medicine. It took me 4 unsuccessful calls before I am able to speak to cs, which she confidently told me that I am able to get my medicine in 30mins, which I should have received it by 2.30pm. I am trying to reach the cs now again with unsuccessful attempts again. Please, if you are unable to commit to the time slot, do not offer and leave patients waiting for it. It would be faster if I ask someone to buy me the OTC medications than to wait in pain the whole day at home. Seriously, no point offering for a refund or to ask your patients to cancel their order as customer service recovery at this stage as you have made your patients wait for nothing while being in pain. Do note that this is a service which you have provided for people who are unwell. Medicine is a necessity and not just something that we can wait until the next working day to get it resolved. *Update* it is now 3.15pm and I finally received my medication. I asked the driver on why the medicines reached me so late when it clearly stated on the delivery chit that delivery slot is between 10am and1pm. Driver just replied saying "I don't know leh. I just like that deliver". Is the driver not aware of the delivery slots that DA offer to their patients or they just don't care about it and plan their routes based on their convenience?

Not too sure why there are so many negative feedback. I was one of the first users of this service, had the honour of the CEO delivering me medicine back then when it was still a start up, and continue to use this service till today. The processes seem fairly refined such that there will be a staff to follow up with me on the necessary items. My friends also use this and most of the doctors we have consulted are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

They are doing many things right, despite being relatively new in their existence (since 2017). Practically for users, I love that they tackle a few key issues really well. 1) upon addition of my insurance program, the direct billing element is done seamlessly without me having to even wonder whether it's covered or otherwise. 2) the speed to consultation is incredible; 5 minutes later and I have a doctor to chat with. Even then, the consultation was only barely 10minutes. In and out, no time wasted. I was literally having my consultation lying on my couch, dying from food poisoning. 3) the medicine is delivered straight to your home, well packed, and feels good that you didn't have to step out of your house at all. Despite it all, the emotional barrier was there, and is still there, after using the service. They're good for Level 1 sort of situations, where it's basic, straightforward, and don't really need any deep checks and analysis work. Anything beyond that, you're still better off visiting the clinics physically.
