Y	Yeo Cheryl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love to eat supper at hdl, food are pretty fresh and their selling point is their service. Great vibes!! Best to visit during the off peak hours. However, I wish that the menu is the same for all outlets, didn’t see any kelp side dish at Seletar Mall but was amazed that the one located in Clark Quay has it!! But overall, great experience and love the fried side dishes.
K	Kai Jie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the first time for HDL, and it never fails to disappoint! Service crew are especially friendly here and definitely a family friendly place too. Food quality is consistently good so no complains here. They do have seasonal items occasionally and this time it was the clams which taste surprisingly good! They do seem that are understaff though. My previous experiences were always filled with constant attention regardless of outlet and server but this time round the servers seem to be overwhelmed. They are still very polite and pleasant, just that things may be a little slow. Besides this, I assume that their “accessories” are low in inventory too. Maybe I was spoilt in my previous experiences, this time they don’t offer a lot of “accessories” like ziploc bag for mask, wet wipes for spectacles, rubber band for ladies’ hair, and no toys for kids this time round. Maybe due to supply issues as a result of Covid-19. Overall, food is superb and service levels are definitely better than average restaurants! Family walked away super full ?

I asked him to get me a fruit platters, after 15mins, the fruits wasn't serve yet.. then I ask another waitress to get me fruit platter.. The foods were okay.. the porridge was nicee... love the century egg..love the tomato soup.. Ice cream got 4 flavours..chocolate, strawberry, vanilla and lime..

l	lim reb on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ a frequent goer to hdl. 3 stars due to its shrimp paste (free sauce) it was super salty, it was just like eating salty food with sesame seeds. Other outlets like Clarke quay or Marina Square is better. Service wise, very good, we even managed to have takeaways!!
