 I don't want to give a star! The poor shop is completely affected by the attitude of the staff, we will never go to this shop again, hope they learn the basic education.

I was here for a meal on a weekend.
Truly disappointing experience.
Initially wanted to get the set meal promotion which displayed around $10/pax which was displayed on the stand outside the outlet.
So I asked the waitress if the promotion is available and if we could have it and they said yes.
The waitress then guided and assisted us to order the food and all along we thought it was for the $10/pax promotion.
After ordering and finishing the meal, we ended up paying for a $33 (2person combo) without even knowing. Plus service charge, drinks, tissue, sauce misc charges total bill ended up around $45.
Worst of all, there are flies everywhere and flying around the table. It was a very unpleasant dining experience having to shove off the flies when trying to cook and eat at the same time.
One of the flies even flew into our hotpot soup base, and we had to remove it. But we did not complain or ask for replacement as we wanted to finish our meals and get out of there asap due to the annoying flies.
Seriously disappointed dining out here for my first time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decided to try out the hotpot place as there was a promotion outside which stated $9.90/meal set promotion
Asked the staff about the promotion and they said they have it, when we were ordering they chose the 2 person set meal which was $55
We didn't realised this until we made payment, we were really shocked and they even tried to "compliment" us.
What was worst was the service charge, additional $6.44 and also another $4+ just for their sauces
We ended up with a $74.30 bill which was absurd.
Please do not come here, especially if it is your first time
They will try to scam you for your money!!!
Everyone please check before you go in and order!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service by one of the China auntie waitress (No racism, no xenophobia). The hotpot ingredients were not served to us although it’s placed at the transfer table. That time only the china auntie is free while rest of the waiters attending to other customers. She walked around doing nothing, until I called her multiple times then she unwillingly came to help us.
And then the most disgusting part comes. I told her that I will do the pulling of handmade noodle myself. And after I pulled the noodles and boiled them, the freaking auntie came to our table and check out the noodles and said to us “ 你们弄得也不怎么样吗！”( direct translation: your noodle pulling skill also not good what) Wah ccb, after she said that, she smirked and just walked away. Our jaws really shocked until dropping into your hotpot soup. Disgusting service, she thinks she is humorous? Never gonna visit this shop again, and watch out for the fat middle aged china auntie if you wanna go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had always went here to dine. However, once, there was always new staff coming in weekly and they are super slow when preparing the sauces and its quality is very low. When serving food, they even missed an egg! After that we were also told to move our seats. Previously enjoyed Shi Li Fang @ Grantral mall, but this incident made me have a poor impression of Shi Li Fang.
