Good place for decent Taiwanese snacks. However, at a time like this, it should offer some form of cashless payment. Even the basic PayNow would suffice.

ordered the xxl chilli crab chicken, taste profile is weird and certainly do not expect it to be dripping with chilli crab sauce. cash payment only

I asked for fragrant powder only but can barely taste it, not like the usual standard.... very disappointed (is it becoz near to closing time?)

LOUSY chilli crab chicken. Advertised as crispy but its so mushy. The chicken is soaked In sauce. The taste is liken to fried chicken soaked in soup for over an hour. I recommend separate the chilli sauce in a separate container. BTW, this picture is taken 10mins after purchase.. yet its so mushy already.

Worse ever branch i ever had, super long waiting time and only interested to prepare grab orders. Was told to wait 30 mins but we have to wait an hour for the order, you should really think how to keep priorities with so many customer waiting in front of your store, you trying to increase covid cluster???

Ordered via food panda pick up. Got notified to collect at 5:34pm but order is still not prepared yet. Received my order at 6:10pm and got refunded by foodpanda. Long waiting time despite not crowded and the lady staff being rude to me and have zero customer service. How are people ordering after me somehow got their orders in 5 minutes. Shihlin staff at this outlet was laughing at me and saying sorry for the delay. Whats so funny?

To whom it may concern, I have purchased a sour plum sweet potato snack (L) at Hillion mall on 20th September. I have waited over 20 minutes to receive my item, only to realise that it was not the right portion. I approached the staff, they checked the bag and apologised for giving me lesser. However, afterwards they claimed that a bag should have 18-20 fries and proceeded to pour them out and count them infront of me, and are unwilling to add to the right portion. But they failed to consider that the bag I was receiving has many short and broken pieces of the fries since I received the bottom batch. The snack was not even hot upon receiving it. It is just lukewarm and not crispy despite having to wait for so long. I would really appreciate if the service of the staff can be improved together with the quality of the food. I often purchase the same item at other outlets hence I kinda know the right portion, I don't mind the long waiting time but frankly, I'm terribly disappointed at the quality of the food and the service I received.
